I really enjoy shopping at Home Depot the products are good and the prices are usually great. The only negative for me are those stupid self checkouts and last time I shopped the store (Friday 05/22/2015) there were no cashiers at the registers and I was forced to use them! Otherwise a great store and I do recommend it! PLEASE bring back the cashiers...

STORE CLEAN NEEDED MORE ASSOCIATES VERY BUSY HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME TO GET HELP

I am not long-winded and I rarely do reviews but my experience at Home Depot today was so good I felt I had to. Every employee had a smile on their face and everyone offered assistance.

The store is well organized and well stocked with what I needed

The store was clean and well lit. The isles were well marked so I did not need help. I had a quick checkout.

An associate greeted us and showed us the isle we needed then left us. When we needed help we had to hunt down an associate. There were plenty standing around talking to each other but not one that would make eye contact to offer help. When we left to find someone to help us an associate helping someone else finally offered us help when she was done with the other customer. The problem with this was that they still seemed to need help or had questions. We appreciate the time she gave us but I felt bad that the others were left behind.

Mike in lawn and garden went above his duites to help me and my wife with our landscape material he has been one of the best home depot associate i have had the pleasure to work with.

When visiting the store I only had in mind to get a few items, but when I saw the sale that was going on, I stayed about a hour and a half longer than I had planned. I could not pass up the bargains! The assistance I received from the associates in different departments was "great". They all were very polite and friendly willing to go the extra mile to help and that I really appreciated. Even while walking through the store, when I passed an associate they would smile and ask "how are you doing or do you need help". The moral of our Valdosta Home Depot is wonderful, keep up the good work you guys!!!!!!!!!!!

Although the person who helped me was from a different department, she escorted me to the department I needed. She also made suggestions to help me with my decision and then handed me off to another associate in that department. Great customer service!

Friendly employees,clean store,cashiers fast & efficent

The store is always clean, sales associates are easy to find they are very helpful and knowledgeable in the product you need, they are very friendly and helpful. If you need more than one item and the associate does not know about that item he/she will call the associate from the other department to come and assist you and that is done in such a short time its wonderful make you want to come back all the time . I know I cannot find that any where else keep up the good work HOMEDEOPT am your # one fan. If you don't have what I need than am force to go else where have no choice. Thank You Home depot

I needed a new water heater and the associates were very friendly and helpful!

The store was very clean. Associates were moving items with a forklift so they roped the appropriate aisles off and the two man crew worked together perfectly. The aisles were not closed for very long and I was on my merry way.
