Ludacris that this location could NOT make cash returns and had printed signs at the return aisle to state that fact

I bought a back pack type sprayer... It works how I expected it to. The price was a bit high but the machine does what i bought it to do..

This store needs to improve security in the parking lot. There are a ton of people just hanging out in the parking lot, from homeless to people selling food and day laborers. I would not bring my family to this store

Rude staff at this location. If you can go to another location for a better experience

Navigating through the store was easy. The merch i was looking for was in the spot indicated by the website. I was in and out of there fast. Alex cashier was friendly, and courteous to me and my mom.

Hard to speak to someone who truly knows their product you always get I don’t work on this department

The store is a little bit unorganized & some materials are not in their place. The parking lot is horrible. Lots of illegal people with illegal activites

I bought this korean washing machine and was very upset with the delivery guy. Next time i will watch every move they make.

HD is my go to for supplies. Only issue I have is the parking lot. Typically, the lot is filled with day laborers, vendors selling anything from fruit to belts, to large vehicles offering dumping services. These individuals occupy a significant amount of parking spots, and then we lose even more at the holidays with the Christmas tree lot. It's gotten so bad that I am forced to park extremely far away from the entrance and have a long walk in. Because of this, my wife, (who has mobility issues) won't come to the store with me anymore, She also does not feel safe with all of the individuals approaching her for work when she is by herself. HD needs to do something to take back their lot. It's for paying customers to use.

The employees at this store are lazy, rude and don’t know anything. Every employee I asked about a product kept telling me it’s not their department and cannot help and just walked away.

Managers are on top of the situations that arise. Employees are generally well trained.

I went to buy something for my birthday and even though I didn't find what I wanted, I found an item in the clearance area that was perfect.

Van Nuys store inundated with illegal food vendors and people loitering in the parking lot. Feels like a 3rd world country

Neighborhood would prefer to keep this location!!! Moving to Devonshire would change residential dynamics

Clarissa in milk works helped me with my special order interior doors. A couple doors were not up to par, so she helped me fix the problem. A few weeks later, I ordered windows through her, and again she gave me professional and excellent customer service. I will keep going back to her.

Avoid the store. No inventory. No help with customer assistance on store.

Home Depot is my go-to place for all home needs. Unfortunately stock has become a rol of the dice. One day it's there, the next week, "no we don't carry that." There are some outstanding staff members, who are amazing at helping you and answering your questions. However, those individuals appear to be decreasing. The staff is ALWAYS nice, but not always knowledgeable.

If you plan to get in and out of that store, don't bet on it. You'll be there a while. Even just to pick up an order or to rent a truck

Emilio at the Home Depot walked me through the entire door install process and it was easy. Love the new doors. He answered every question and stayed with it the whole way through. Easy and reasonably priced

First time replacing 2 wall switches, the employee explained the differences between all the switches and I was able to get the correct ones. Monica(cashier) was very friendly and fast.

This store has the worst customer service. It shows how much the store managers and assistant managers value the importance and lack of customer service.

I asked for help in the lumber department, only to be told that the associate was not from that department and no further assistance. The cashier who "helped" me would rather pass his phone to the other associate and carry on his unprofessional conversation than assist me, greet me, or acknowledge me as a customer.

I have been thinking of doing a kitchen remodel, the help I received from Issa was very helpful, never felt any pressure. She made the experience much more pleasant and comfortable
