The lady at pro desk I think she is name are maycel marycel I am no sure but she are amazing in customer service and helpful in everything she make my delivery very smoth and she always was on top to see if everything was ok . The best thank you for all Your help

The Home Depot in Elizabeth, New Jersey is very convenient to have. It has enough products to make building and apartment maintenance much easier.

My credit card number was stolen and a purchase of $2045 was made at the store. When I called the store the lady who answered didn’t care and said it’s fraud and it’s the credit card company’s issue I haven’t shopped at this store in over a year and I will never shop at the Elizabeth home depot again!

All store associates are friendly and helpful. If they do not know the answer to a question they find someone who does.

Homedepot employee should be more attentive to their customers

As usual, I was apprehensive about this previous day, online order to the Newark store. As expected, they failed to complete the order and couldn't locate an exterior door that was in their inventory. My experience is that Newark's employees just "don't locate" heavy items. How can they miscount exterior doors? This is beyond my understanding as a senior software architect for Fortune 500 companies. I contacted the Pro Desk and was put on hold for 10+ minutes just to cancel the order. I hanged up and contacted the Pro Desk again, this time to complain about the first representative that put me on hold without feedback, and I was put on hold again, this time for 17 minutes. Surprisingly, Michael from the Elizabeth's Store picked up the call. I explained my frustration and asked to talk to the manager (Pro Desk manager. I assumed) when he explained that I was talking to the Elizabeth's store and asked me to hold while he would locate a manager, promising that he wouldn't put me on hold. I explained that I was transferred without my knowledge and that this store that didn't have anything to do with anything. However, he asked me to be patient while he would find a problem solver kind of manager (a rare experience at Home Depot's stores). To my surprise Melvin did just that. Not only he was very professional he offered same day delivery at a discount and make available his direct contact information for future challenging orders like this one. This service was beyond my best expectations. Melvin and Michael are keepers. Congratulate them in my name and reward these kind of professionals, whenever possible. Thanks for listen,

Everytime I got it I this Home Depot Gail is there with a smile and always willing to help. It makes the shopping experience that much better.

This is the second time around that I use this store to fill my deliver needs, due to the fact that my shipping company it is located nearby

I needed to replace the stopper on a bathroom sink. Wasn't sure the product I chose was going to fit, but a Plumbing employee confirmed that it would fit The cashier named Eileen was so friendly. She said she bought the same product (Sink Shroom Sink Strainer-Hair Catcher) and loved it She showed me how to take it apart to clean it. AS usual, the store was well stocked, the employees were helpful and friendly. So lucky to have The Home Depot in Elizabeth so close to my home.

while there are a select few employees at this location who seem very helpful the majority of them seem bitter and unbothered by their unprofessionalism. if you shop here come prepared with item locations and no questions bc there is no help here. Garwood is a much better and more helpful location.

In order to get my hose fit and secure I needed a different one to go over it. Marisol gave me a coupler and hose. She helped me through the entire time checking sizes, finding the perfect hose that would work with the coupler and my . I was given many solutions to my problems but when we took our time we found one that worked the best. Thank you Marisol

It's great to go into a store and all of their employees knows where everything is at instead of waiting for someone from that department to stop what they're doing to assist you

Employees here are always terrible, must be a management problem.

The associate helped me find the right product. Made sure it was the right color of stain that I needed to waterproof my fence and gate.

This home depot is a little smaller but they have most things you need to get your home project done.

Buying paint is stressful, but Gail was extermly helpful, friendly, and kind. She help me consider all of my opinions before we made a paint selection.

I moved to this area a year ago and frequent this particular home depot. The service is consistently pleasant. I'm always greeted when I walk in and offered assistance immediately. If this location was larger, I would only shop there.

This store is extremely organized and clean. Staff is always alert and ready to assist when I need help or have a question.
