Great store. With so many stores depleted in product because of COVID, this is not one of them! The staff is so helpful and easy to find. All products I needed were in stock. Clean store, and I don’t feel overwhelmed when I go in there, as I do other large hardware stores. I go again and again for all my needs.

WHILE SMALL, THIS STORE HAS AN EXTENSIVE SELECTION AND THE MOST WONDERFUL STAFF. hELPFUL FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

This is one of my favorite stores to go to, of any type whatsoever. I can spend many hours in my Home Depot.

This Home Depot has the most helpful, happy, responsive employees. April was amazing! She actually measured a master lock thickness.. amazing!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I went to store to pick up 2 40lb bags of salt for my home water filtration system. I had my 1 year old daughter with me and they helped me with self check out and two different employees offered to help me load the heavy items into my car.

What a great Home Depot! We have remodeled a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with their design help. We've taken advantage of many of their sales and promotions and saved quite of bit. Great selection and knowledgeable, friendly staff keeps us coming back.

I live near another Home Depot but find this one more satisfactory. It is neat and the salespeople help you and seem to know the business. They take you to what you are looking for and they even surprised us with a discount for customer courtesy and everyone seemed to be accomodating. The store was very neat and it was a pleasure to shop there.

Even if it’s not the largest selection of items I go there all the time and the enployees are great. Friendly, service oriented and know their stuff.

The customer service I received from Tash was the best in store experience I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to fix a problem and made sure I left with what I needed.

The Garwood Home Depot is my favorite. Others are larger and have more product but there's nothing like the individual attention you will get at Garwood Home Depot! I found all that I needed and more. Thank you for your customer service!

The store employees here go above and beyond for customer service! We needed to return a large-item order and wanted to rent a truck. However, the system was down and would not allow credit card payments and so we were unable to rent the truck. Staff (Hamson & Ethan) were extremely helpful but unable to get the card payments to go through. The manager, Anthony S., said he would come to the house with one of the trucks and pick up the order. We returned to the house, and Anthony soon arrived with the truck and we were able to follow him back to the store to complete our return. Now, THAT'S service!!

This smaller Home Depot just about fills all my need, and prompt courteous service. Going here for many yearas and have become friends with many of the employee's. A small toen type of store.
