EVAN AT THE SELF CHECK OUT WAS VERY HELPFUL

Outstanding customer service. Was dealing with a failed refrigerator, and couldn’t find the receipt or warranty info anywhere. This during the shelter in place Covid 19 crisis. Went to the Garwood Home Depot customer service desk, and Geraldine really helped out. After explaining my problem, she searched archived receipts, and found my receipt and warranty info. Geraldine then explained how to contact the warranty people, and printed out all my paperwork for me. Very helpful, and an awesome person. Thank you!

Employee personnel noticed I was looking and staring; however, seemed not to be able to find what I was looking for. They approached me and immediately directed me to those areas; saving time and frustration etc.

From the minute you walk in the door until you are done the staff is very polite and helpful. Store is nice and clean and stocked. This is my favorite location and I will be back again soon. Thanks Home Depot for making this shopping experience a great one.

The customer service experience is exceptional beginning with friendly greetings from the start, throughout - and including the check-out. Ms. Eve and the entire Home Depot Team at Garwood ROCK! We'll definitely be making this our preferred location for all of our office needs.

The guys that make the keys there do a great job--I've had keys made at some other HomeDepo's & the keys wouldn't fit--I take the bad keys to this Garwood store & the key guys fix the mistakes-Freddy & the other man(sorry I didn't get his name tonight11/25/19) make good keys that work right. Good Job!

I want to mention 4 employees in particular (Ann, Roxy, Michael, Martin) who went beyond expectation to help find my item. They all checked store inventory, the backroom and made a call to Michael who knew where the items were. All this was completely in a timely fashion. Not only (Ann, Roxy, Michael, Martin) but 3 other employees including the cashier were friendly and helpful. The store was quite clean.

They won't stop helping until all your needs are met and you got everything you needed on your list!

My husband and I enjoy shopping in the Garwood store because it is easier to navigate due to its smaller size; it has a large range of products and usually has the same products as the larger stores. We have shopped in this store for years.

Store was very easy to shop looking for the basic needs for home improvements. Employees are very helpful and informed on the items I was looking for.

Products were easy to find. A very nice and cordial gentleman named Fred assisted me in locating an item and escorted me to the right aisle. He also asked if I would like to apply for a Home Depot Card . I told him I was in a rush and he said no problem and walked me through the application process. I was able to apply and was accepted. Received a 25% discount. He was very helpful and made my day!

This Garwood store is very convenient to the area towns, i.e. Westfield, Scotch Plains, Fanwood. No need to head out to the highway. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is usually enough parking. I like the size of the store since the shopper doesn't need to walk miles inside a huge store just to find desired items.

This Home Depot is the best in New Jersey all of their employees make you feel like family check this one out and say hello to Patricia

Find John (the Assistant Manager) in the store. He helped me with fire safety and smoke detector products and is extremely knowledgeable. Nice guy! Chelsea who works as a cashier is very efficient and knows her job well. Everyone in this store is very helpful and caring, including the woman near the front of the store who gives referrals for home improvement projects.

When I leave a store feeling better than when I went in, I know I've had a delightful experience. When I entered the store, a sweet lady at the entrance directed me to exactly where I needed to go, and she was right. A couple of the automated self check-outs were busy, so a lady beckoned me to her check-out line. She asked about "colors" and said she thought they were the right colors for me. The store was not busy, no one was waiting in line, so I wasn't holding anyone up as I asked Cashier Eve about her interest in colors. I found her fascinating and a delight to chat with. Most cashiers would not take the time to recognize something special about a customer, and I was very appreciative. She made my day!
