I noticed this new store while in town. The store was clean and organized. I picked up Ryobi Lithium tool and a clearance item. All of the employees were friendly and helpful.

SO FAR, I'VE HAD GOOD EXPERENCES AT THIS STORE. SALES PERSONAL ARE CURTUIOUS, & WILLING TO GIVE ASSISTANCE WHEN NEEDED. I HOPE THESE THINGS DON'T CHANGE WITH TIME.

This store is different; orange aprons come towards you as opposed to running away like most other HD locations I’ve been to.

Mike P. in Lumber was over and above helpful! I needed a large quantity of 3/4 plywood and 3/4 MDF. He checked the system for incoming stock and when it came in he had the materials waiting on carts for me, ready to load in my truck.

This HD is the best staffed in quantity and knowledgable employees.

Went with my contractor to buy paint and other items, the level of friendliness by associates was amazing!

Viera Home Depot is a clean store that has organized shelves. There is a reason I chose this store even if I’m not working in the area, starting with Al (one of the managers) to the pro desk, down to the employees working in each department I find them all knowledgeable and professional. Eric at the pro desk will Go out of his way to make sure you don’t leave with questions, that’s huge

SO FAR SINCE OPENING THE SERVICE & ASSOICATES HAVE BEEN VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. I PRAY THIS CONTINUES AS TIME GOES FORWARD. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING YOU FIND IN A LOT OF BIG BOX STORES IN THIS DAY AND TIME. CONTINUE THE GOOD WORK EVERYONE.

The pro desk is super helpful. They will help me locate the items needed for any job I have, they will take calls as well if I’m crunched for time and can’t visit the store. Megan and Eric both seem to be willing to do everything in their ability to help me and I’m just a small contractor in a big town.

Employee knew TOOL products very well and guided me on additional ancillary products I would need at a reasonable price.

I visited the Viera Home Depot store to look at carpet samples prior to my scheduled measure. Shawn Brooks was managing the department that day and went above and beyond to help. He did a follow up call the next day to ensure all was going well. A real personal touch which I just haven’t experienced much anymore. Shawn is a gem!

We got to the garden department just as the rain started. Greeted by a very nice employee who showed us umbrellas for sale. Perfectly placed upfront. We were able to shop getting everything we were looking for and out the door rain or no rain!!

Staff is really attentive and helpful. Rich at self-checkout and the lady working the tools department are really exceptional, kind, and courteous.

The store is always impeccable and the employees are always helpful and plentiful!

The employees at Home Depot Viera are always very friendly and accommodating. They greet you and go the extra mile to assist.

I shouldn't have to look down 30 or so aisles just to find an employee. And even when you find someone they act like you're interrupting them.

Beautiful new store. Clean neat and well stocked.

Needed to purchase a shopvac and replace an ice maker in my freezer. Had the help of two associates who were extremely helpful. Although they don’t carry the ice maker in stock the associate helped me find it to order online.

This, and only this Home Depot has the best customer service of any of this type store around.

Got everything I needed for a deck project in one visit with helpful employees

Ryan was amazing at helping me choose the right window for my custom fit. Also, I love how it's never too busy to get help from someone when you need it.

I had two employees trying to find the special trim I needed to match my project. When I left there, I felt like Home Depot cared about me.

I bought a Stand Up Freezer from this store. The customer service in choosing the freezer was great. The Delivery was exactly as they stated. They installed it in the area in which I chose and changed the door to swing in the direction I needed.

The new management at Viera Home Depot has created the most welcome and professional environment at any store I've ever been to! They take customer service to an entirely new level!
