Thank you for all your help !! Chris in the tool section helped me locate batteries and also looked up to see if any other where on the floor. Helped me at check out. I was using gift cards and Dana helped us with checking out. Team work and great customer service. I will definitely be returning to this store!!

Went into this HD store and found a gentleman in the lighting isle who saw me looking and came to my assistance and proved extremely helpful.

I needed prices on replacing kitchen cabinets a month ago and the cabinet people we more that helpful and even though I couldnt make the deal happen on my end it was no fault of Home Depot. The break down price and availably information packet that you provided was top notch!

Jasminia was most helpful earlier this fall in assembling an order and tracking down the materials we needed. Also in following up to let me know the status of the order being ready for pickup.

The store associates / employee's do not engage with the customers in the isles to see if they need help, 95% of the time they just walk by you like they don't know your in the store. Poor training on customer service!!!!!

Home Depot still hasn't given me my free Ryno tool art they had on the sale price online and in store. Was emailed and NOTHING has come of it.

Found everything needed for my porch/patio repairs as well as gutter replacements.

No one around to help

My wife and I bought two storage cabinets for our garage. We were so pleased as these cabinets fit right in our garage space and store plenty of things in our garage. They are great and we are very happy we purchased them for our garage.

If you do have flyers put in stores I suggest having the current flyer and also the upcoming one …

In general in the departments there are few people to answer questions. If fact because I know what I’m looking for people often ask me for help and because of my knowledge I can help them. There needs to be more people visable in the departments at all times . There’s always something to do . The shelves aren’t perfect

I bought a cordless tool which was locked in a cage and the key person obviously didn’t have sufficient knowledge to understand there is the tool, battery, and charger that all are supposed to be sold together.

I rented a #35 demo hammer from HD. Thought I was good to go. Sadly when I got to the job that was 40 miles away, the tool was shorting out. I called tool rental they said bring it in. So I drove the 40 miles both ways just to get a rude worker tell me that I had to pay the minimum for the GARBAGE I rented and did not work. I have rented many items from HD and this location. But I think I will go some place else to rent Equipment since they where so rude to me and had ZERO empathy. The loss of time and equipment not working cost about $400 in loss wages with my workers unable to work.

It was very simple, not complicated at all. When we came to purchase the sink. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted.. The sales advisor was a pro. I just feel very comfortable. That’s why Home Depot has been around for so long. They truly do care.

While my Home Depot is great and the employees are also the irporate offices seem to be tampering with the things that have made their stores the best.

I have had a LOT of visits to HD in the last month and I have to give a huge kudos to Wayne who works the tool section. We had so many different projects we were getting done in a week and he helped us get the right parts and tools to get them all done. By the time we were done, we were well known at the store by any one working near that area. I cannot sing Wayne's praises enough!

I was in the Bell Rd and 67th Ave store and a female employee was helping 3 of us customers at the same time, with the greatest attitude you could want in any store! Wish I had gotten her name!

Loz has patiently helped so many times aince the flood in my house in June. She helped me reimagine my kitchen and bathrooms. Guided throughout the process of picking new cabinets and what would look good and what would work and why things wouldn't work. I am just so absolutely Blown Away by the level of experience and kindness that she has shown me over the last 6 months.

What a great example of Home Depot customer service. EVERYONE was so nice and helpful. Even the customers. Thank you for allowing an old woman to shop without feeling like the old bag she knows she is. I asked questions and I got answers that made sense. From several nice men. Most were old enough to be a grandchild for me. All were friendly and helpful.

Be prepared to hike to the store. The close spaces are filled with rental equipment, pickup only spaces, storage sheds, and now Christmas trees. It's like they don't want customers.

This location has a terrible manager. Items are always out of stock.

All the associates were friendly, helpful and showed interest in my projects.

This particular store is fantastic. All employees are nice and helpful and TIM the Manager is on top of his game. I definitely recommend THIS store.
