Traeger grill not in stock in store. Had to order online, customer service person tried to help, but couldn’t answer questions I had so others were involved. Got a voice mail the day before expected delivery to say assembly person didn’t show up, delivery now a day late. Message was jumbled, so I called for clarification, person that I spoke with was rude. Delivery shows up, I went out after they rang doorbell and they said they were told to leave it in front of our gate. I never said that was the delivery instructions. Why would I leave a $500 smoker in front of a gate. I asked them to please put it behind the gate which almost sounded like a chore. Very disappointed.

Compared to other locations, this HD had a layout that was easy to navigate and shop around. The garden section had a lot of variety & was well organized. Everyone seemed friendly as well.

Always have a well stock store. Staff as always very professional and go out of thier way to assist customers.

KOLTIN, TANNER, AND MARTIN were very eager to help load concrete for us...Quick and friendly. Cashier Grace was also extremely efficient looking up skus and they all had us in and out in about 10 minutes! Thanks 'kids'!!! Excellent work ethics!

My husband and I shop often at Home Depot. This month we bought a new refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. We are always greeted, assisted, and treated respectfully by knowledgeable workers. The store is always clean and easy to find what we need.

For how big this company is. I'd expect more. They are ok. They don't great or can keep your stuff if left in truck or forgotten at store.

Although employees are very, very nice and store is clean and well stocked, after waiting 20 minutes and nobody’s showing up to cut me a piece of plywood. I spoke with three separate employees that all said somebody was on their way and nobody showed up.

A Home Depot employee put name in the system and misspelled my name so every time I use a gift card, I need to ask for assistance because there is, and I quote, "no physical way to get your name corrected in Home Depot's system." In addition, I can't take my dead husbands name deleted from their system so I receive information, emails etc in his name and it is a painful reminder that he is dead.

we had an great experience, we alway shop at the "other store" and ended up there, extremely helpful, even ordered the item online and had it delivered at no charge to our home.

I purchased SHARK BITE couplers for 3/4 inch copper pipe recently. I tried solder first and I struggled with it because I could not stop water flow 100%. Steam escaping made it impossible. A friend suggested Shark Bite and I picked them up, install and of course they leaked. I returned to Home Depot and got my instruction from a great Employee.

I do a lot of DIY around my house. I've lived there for over 30 years. There are many home improvement stores in my area even 3 other Home Depots nearby. While this store is not the largest, it always gets my business first simply because of their staff. They always are friendly, helpful and seem to really know what they are doing. I know where just about everything is in the store, but I am always amazed by the service. Great people make the difference.

I was surprised to find the difference in dealing with the Home Depot on Bell compared to the service received at the zHome Depot on Happy Valley Road. I will be going to Home Depot on Bell from now on. Gerry and Roger in doors are exceptional in their service!

Very helpful and friendly staff, I used to frequent a competitor but decided Home Depot is for me, became loyal enough to open a credit account with them which I rarely do.

Super disappointed with this location. We placed an online order three weeks ago. Everything in the order showed “in stock” at the time. Hours after checking out, we receive a call that “Part of your order is ready” and part of “your order has been cancelled” due to items (27 of 62) not being in stock. We call back, no explanation as to why the computer isn’t accurate and no apology, just “we don’t have those things”. We pick up our order only to find out that andditional items are not included and “will be shipped” within two weeks. Really?! How many people start a (small) project wanting to take two weeks to complete it? We utilize another Home Depot for extra items to start the project. In the next few weeks we continually get “your order is ready” only to stop by the store multiple times and it’s not ready. One time I stop and ONE item is in. Still doesn’t complete my order. In dealing with the cashier he says “there should be more”. I explain to him what I’m waiting for and that I had already picked up the partial order. He states that they didn’t mark it picked up. A dishonest person could’ve walked off with the product. Continual errors. Here we are 3+ weeks later, the project complete and notice one gutter is damaged (has small holes, was obviously returned to the store, unchecked and sold to us). We were able to make it work but it’s not what we paid for. With the project complete we return what we didn’t use. I had to walk the cashier through item by item as he couldn’t seem to figure it out himself. In all the shuffle he misplaces one item (how? I don’t know, but not surprised after what we’ve been through). At this point, I’m done with this place. I take my “shorted” refund and get out. Seriously, have never had so many issues with any Home Depot!
