I had 4, yes 4, very helpful people at this store. First person, over the phone, actually took his time to verify the item I was looking for was in stock. The 3 people I had contact with in the store were friendly, knowledgeable, patient with my endless questions, and made me feel I was a valued customer. If you need lumber or block for a project, go to the Bell and 67 Ave store. Lou, Rick, Armando and Richie are the the most helpful, friendly people!

Danica was clearly busy with multiple requests most of which were not standard, nor was mine. She handled all the issues effectively, professionally and with a smile. I had a previous very large project through Home Depot that went bad. This project was over $20,000 and I swore not to shop at Home Depot anymore. I’ve softened over time and employees like Danica will ultimately bring me back completely.

These guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me solve some complex measuring and cutting for frames I was making. They made my life so much easier and I wanted to give them a big shout out. This home depot customer service is ON POINT

Always a pleasure doing business at this store

I purchased an item at Home Depot which another person returned for me as a favor. However, the other person did not have my credit card so a store credit was issued by way of a gift card. I went today to purchase items at Home Depot, and the store credit was refused because my driver’s license doesn’t match their records. This is a ridiculous policy which is most likely just another revenue stream for Home Depot, wasted return funds due to extreme difficulty redeeming said refund card.

Conrad went above and beyond finding us a router that he knew was in stock but not on the shelf it was supposed to be on. He even grabbed the other few things on my list as he was walking the aisles in search of the router. Laura was extremely friendly and helpful working the self-checkout registers.

I have been shopping at this store for over 25 years. The neighborhood has changed tremendously, but the tools, garden supplies, and rental center have kept a high level of quality.

This depot by far out performs any other store. Ive been a licensed contractor for over 27 years and I've seen a lot and this store is the best. All the employees and managers are the most helpful with everything

Prices were less than the competitors and services was much better

Yesterday I visited to get some wood for a project. First time buying wood and everyone was so polite. There were three gentlemen that were directing a forklift and I felt like I was in their way and they all stopped and made sure I was helped and taking care off. I want to say thank you to the person who cut the 20 pieces for me because that was very helpful and saved me a lot of time. I had an amazing experience. Laura at self checked out was amazing and mentioned to me this survey!! Thank you

I have gone to this store for years. I've run into many different employees and they are knowledgeable about their store and products. If they are not they take the time to get myself help from others.

There were employees to help without asking and the shelver and boxes were fully stocked!

I was approached by Danica (dept. 24) who took the time to say hello and offer to shake a gallon of wood stain for me. Then she asked what I was working on. Had she not done that, I would have bought the wrong interior stain for my exterior cedarwood RV gate and would have had to redo the whole job shortly after! She got me the correct exterior stain and mixed up the perfect color for me. Her smile made me smile! Thank you Danica, I will definitely be back!

I have been shopping at this store for 35 years and have no plans for using any other stores.

Elisa in service was so rude and abrasive.... i never leave comments but i am this time she works at 67th ave and bell rd avoid her if possible ......i should of went to Lows or Ace

We use Home Depot a lot. But. The checker I had today was rude and loud. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Don't go to Tammy St 6880 W Bell Rd!

Please hire more people like cashier Heidi, she is rare and valuable and so many others just don’t seem to care that customers keep them employed!!
