While loading some 4 x 6 beams one of the store associates who was returning from their break stopped to assist me in loading my cart. She then helped me locate the sliding closet door hardware. This is the typical customer service that I receive whenever I visit this store.

The store was very clean, very well lite, great employees, everyone's was very friendly and helpful I got the item that I needed because of help from an employee, I was in an out in 15 minutes no problem. Cashier was very nice and fast, everyone had a good attitude. The line was short for cashiering. All in all was a good visit at Home Depot.

De Marcus D. Johnson reached out to me to see if I needed any assistance. He provided me with friendly, open and honest information in support of my washer/dryer. I felt that he really took care of my needs and went out of his way to provide me with outstanding customer service. From what I could tell, he brings this attitude to all customers.

I love this store. Associates are helpful not only in finding whatever you need but will also help in bringing them to your car. I work for a construction company who always buys at Home Depot. Keep up the great job.

I am not a resident of Inglewood, but I work here most of the month. It is a pleasant experience to shop here, Everyone is always nice.

I shop at #6855 Inglewood store all the time as its less than a block away from my work but never used order online/in-store pick up option before. I found a great deal on light bulb online so I gave it a try and it was such a great experience. I walked in, went to service desk, got helped right away by friendly rep, walked out with the purchase I made within 5 min or less. It was way better than any of other order online/in-store pick up service that I've tried.

Products are mostly available at all times. The only issue I have is I am always having a hard time looking for an associate to assist me. Either they are nowhere to be found or busy with another customer. So before I go to the store, I do a little bit searching to help myself.

Store was clean, well lit, and store associates are usually asking if you need help rather than making you go look for one.

I came in to buy off bug spray and the variety and prices were amazing. I did the self checkout and the rep at the register was pleasant. Thank you

Whilst I am pretty handy, on occasion I need help on specifics. On numerous occasions I have asked for help and an associate has offered to find someone with knowledge of the department I'm shopping in. Needless to say on nearly every occasion THAT person has been inexplicably unavailable after waiting for up to 30 MINUTES in order to choose the right item for the job at hand. So, I've had to make a guess and buy items; only to find in fixing, repairing or replacing that I've chosen the wrong part. Other choice has been to buy options as well, in the hope that one will work and the return the balance of purchases for refund. So that's 2 trips to the store to resolve one problem. I know with the U.S. economy and store running costs that certain cutbacks are inevitable, but the retention of knowledgeable attentive available staff is one thing you shouldn't cut. It's one thing to replace cashiers with self checkout stations, but PLEASE make sure that the associate who mans that area is interested and can resolve any issues. It took me nearly 15 mins to scan 7 items as the cashier watched my frustration build and even though I asked her to step forward was reluctant to leave her station. What's that about? Yes, I should have complained to the manager, but time was of the essence. I had to get back to work, make the repairs and be ready for a truck pickup. None of the above situations should be happening if your associates would pay more attention. Sincerely,

I like Home Depot stores. I wish this particular store (# 6855) had a little bit more items as the Playa del Rey # 6611 store does however the staff is so much friendlier here that I keep coming back to this # 6855 one.

Jamal was a really good at explaining how to use the carpet cleaner. My visit was painless. I returned the carpet cleaner the very next morning and the process was equally as pleasant as the first. Luis got me in and out.

I usually go to the Home Depot on Jefferson Blvd instead of this store because this store tends to have less products due to its size. In the past, when I have used this store the associates have been pretty helpful (if a little sparse, as at all Home Depots). Last week I tried to buy an air conditioner mounting kit and a can of spray paint. After 35 minutes of an associate trying to find the kit (which the computer claimed they had 14 of...and they had just done inventory a month before according to the associate), I gave up. I tried to buy the spray paint but the cabinet was locked. The associate said 'I'll unlock it in 2 minutes'. I waited 10 minutes, she never showed up, I left for a different store. This week I gave them another chance and went in to buy 1 inch furniture pads and an electrical outlet. An associate easily directed me to the pads, and I found the outlet on my own. Unfortunately, the display of the outlet did not match the items being sold, so I sought out an associate in a nearby isle. They called someone....who never showed up. Sometimes it feels like this particular Home Depot has about 6 employees, 1 or 2 of which are helpful. Not sure if I will go back.

Store was clean and organized. Associates made it easy to find the model of appliances I was looking for and it was very helpful to plan out my list on the homedepot.com website before my visit.

Store associates went above and beyond what I expected to get my purchase completed perfectly with a quality item. They were attentive and very helpful.

My favorite store. I always check availability at the store before going there to make sure they have what I need but I always buy some extras, many times at reduced rate. The selection is good and the prices are affordable.

this is my favorite home depot in Inglewood for future shoppers , ask for the associate shay or jerome, they are both very friendly, patient , and have great product knowledge .

I love Home Depot because the store is always well stocked, the associates offer to help without being asked, payment is fast and easy and the store has a impressive appearance. Shopping in Home Depot is always easy because associates are always ready to help with any and everything you need unlike Walmart. I love this place.
