I have so much to say, tonight David and Mirna were on top of the game. they took care of us in such a professional, friendly, knowledgeable, with a smile on their face even though they are covered with a mask you can see it through their eyes, what a difference have they made in my view of customer service at home depot. I have not been taken care of like this, by these two and a few others the last year but mainly these last 6 months. a few months ago we were left waiting in the bathroom department for close to an hour after asking for help to several employees and being told that they would call somebody and didn't, my husband a US ARMY VETERAN just took the chance and climb and grab the shower pan we needed, I was so upset that as we were walking into the middle of the isles I turned to my left only to find a group of no less then 5 employees what it look like chit chatting, I made a comment loud enough to get their attention and then moved on, weeks later I was back shopping for hardware and David came up to me and introduce himself and mentioned that he recognized me from the incident of the shower pan, I was shocked and stunned, He apologized and made a point to help me, I was thankful to him for acknowledging me and for taking the time to let me know I was not just a money sign, Thanks David, since then he has remembered me and helped me several of times even if its a small item I am in search for and for that kind of Customer Service I will continue to be the Patron I have been but now with a happy feeling of knowing that even though Home Depot in Inglewood doesn't have a thousand David's working 7 days a week from open to close at least I know that I am no longer just a money sign even if just by David and Mirna because Mirna has also shown leadership trades I don't ask if she is management if she is not she deserves to be cause right along with David their way of communicating with customers and among other employees is the example of great leadership not just for the money but for the pride of doing the job right. Thank you both for letting me see a new for Home Depot, hope it continues and grows because you two make a difference for all of us who shop and spend our hard earn money in a trillion dollar company that sometimes makes me want to offer training services to do the job that you two have shown.

The BEST People on staff always. Stock sometimes not sufficient but it is a smaller store.

I’ve been thinking about buying a Portable AC unit for 3 YEARS!! but just never felt like it was a good buy. After speaking with Sales Cashier SYMIRIA today. She really displayed good knowledgeable information & gave me the confidence I needed to finally get the AC unit. Now I’m sitting at home cool, watching TV, smiling from ear to ear. Thanks SYMIRIA!! Manager give her a bonus!!

The sales associate named Nay help me out a lot. She was very patient and had excellent costumer service. She help educate me on the products I was looking for.

My recent experience at my local The Home Depot was excellent. Despite the worries of Covid-19, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and suggestive. The store was well organized and clean and I'll definitely shop there again soon. Thanks for the great customer service.

Ask for Nikki. She is the hardest worker. All the employees are really nice, knowledgeable and hard working. She just happens to be the very best. She is the top of the All-Stars.

most of the associates there are no around when you need them for any help and when it comes to the register it becomes worse their all on their phone all the time they do not see to realize that their at work

Horribly lazy employees. Nobody knows how to use any power equipment and the person who does is extremely lazy and will not work unless you ask a manager to make them

This is not the closest Home Depot to our home but we came here as the bath tile we needed was in stock. We're extremely satisfied with the customer service we received as we were approached quickly (which usually, we're trying to hunt down someone to help us) and definitely needed assistance with over 12 boxes of tile. The employees were all nice and helpful and checkout was a breeze. The gentleman helping us even helped us carry the tile into our car.

Employees are helpful and friendly, but most of all knowledgeable. I enjoy this neighborhood Home Depot and try to come here first.

Helpful staffs, less traffic, I was able to finalize my shopping with no lost times. Although this store is smaller, didn't have the some of the items i was looking for, but they were willing to transfer it from another stores without any costs for me. I will definitely switch from my home store to this one.
