Chris in Tools went above and beyond to assist. Directed me to a area away from the tool section where they had sets on clearance. I picked out a combo set that was more than I had hoped for and a better price. Great Service!!

I bought Gorilla Ladder 22' on 11-24-23. I went in to pick it up on 12-3-23, and was informed it had not arrived. On 12-5-23, I received an email telling my order had been canceled. A friend went to the store and found that the 22' ladders had arrived and were displayed. I called the store without getting help. I went to the store and was informed to buy it at regular price per Mgr. Stephanie's notes in the system and $50 discounted could be offered to me. Mgr./Supervisor Mark sold the ladder to me at the regular price discounted $60, which I bought as evidence that the ladder is in the store. I went back today and explained this injustice and unheard of situation to Manager Liam. Manager/supervisor Liam explained that it was not consistent with the store's policy and refunded my discounted purchase and sold the ladder to me at the Thanksgiving Special price plus additional $20 discount. Manager Liam is the reason I will return to the store next time. Thank you Liam for being a decent human being and a professional.

Mike in Customer Service was on point today with patients and an excellent attitude! And what a sense of humor!

Needed a special sized light bulb and adhesive hooks. Employees were outstanding with assisting me. Store is clean and organized. Cashier, Rosalie, was very helpful to affirm that I was purchasing the right products. Overall: great customer service.

Luckily, this is the closest Home Depot store for Land Park residents in Sacramento, California. It is always stocked and the customer service is excellent!

I typically loathe going into a big store to find some thing that is unusual. Today I went into the West Sacramento Home Depot looking for a very specific item in the electrical department. It was nowhere to be found. The gentleman working in the department today, Christian came over to help me. He searched and searched, and did not give up until he found what I was looking for! He sets a great example for great customer service! Well done Christian.

The staff helped me find the best products for my bathroom DIY projects. They also gave me great advice on items not available at the store. Plus allergy season was irritating my throat, one staff member kindly gave me a bottle of water.

Hi visited the garden center today, April third 2023. I was helped by a super friendly and enthusiastic check out person named.Erin. I had been hesitant to go shopping today due to the wind, but she made me feel so happy upon leaving that. I am so glad I did!

I Went looking for a certain and product and the home Depot had just what I needed!!! Keep up the Great work Home Depot!!! You make us Proud!!

Encountered a very rude and snarky employee at the self checkout. All customers want to do is go in and out in a timely manner, myself included. I went to the self checkout line and the employee had wiped the scanner down and was onto the pin pad, I stepped up and grabbed the scanner to scan my one item and she turned to me and said, “You couldn’t wait until I was done? Impatient much?” Said with the most attitude I’ve ever experienced from Home Depot in West Sac. Yes, I am in a rush but that’s none of your business so mind your own. That was truly unnecessary for her to make such a comment at me. If she was using bleach wipes, it takes 3 minutes to completely dry. If I had picked it up 10 seconds after she was completely done, would it have made a difference? No.

Cherry or "Sherry" went out of her way to hlep me register for my military discount. I think she was off shift too.

I wish to comend Luis Magana for being very helpful and courteous in assisting me with my purchases. He even help me load a dozen heavy bags of lawn toppings on my truck.

Living in Davis I have two Home Depot choices - Woodland or West Sac. I had gone to Woodland first yet needed to get some info from home - I called back to make the order but could not get through-I gave up. Then while shopping in West Sac I decided to go to the Home Depot there - They Nailed It ! I was met with a very informed sales rep who was patient with me and my questions and very professional about going over the warranties and delivery actions that would be happening. I left being very happy as driving away.

I have NEVER had amazing service like I received today. My usual experience is that home depot employees don't care to help but Ryan in tool rental was EXTREMELY helpful and insightful. I've taken on small projects now that I've moved into my new home and I'm new to working with tools. Ryan was intelligent and made sure to address exactly what I needed and was extremely helpful! Best customer service I've ever received.

I was able to talk to an associate that knew his department and was able to help me find my items.
