I’m a repeat customer and make at least 2 to 3 visits a day and angel and cherry down at the pro desk make every transaction fast and convenient

Everyone in this store is knowledgeable and ready to help. We went in with two large projects and a million questions. The specialist we worked with helped us to find the best appliance for us and then took the time to walk us through the materials and installation advice on a home storage system we were building. Following his directions, we had everything installed in record time. I feel like I've been to about a dozen HD locations in my city and this one really struck me as the best. I'll have to make a point to come to this one as often as possible.

This store us just nice. Management Chuck is great and Robyn is super helpful.

Gwen helped me with my purchase of adjustable shelving and then assisted me with checking out and loading my car.

The woman from paint saw I was confused, led me to the right place, then helped me with everything I needed to but that visit. She was great.

Bought a DeWalt leaf blower the West Sacrament HD store in California. Even though it wasn’t her department, Danielle dropped what she was doing, located the only remaining box with the product we wanted, grabbed a ladder and the box, then walked us to the cashier. We were out of the store in 10 minutes with exactly what we wanted. The store was clean and well lit, and the service was the best ever in my experience at a HD.

I purchased flooring at the West Sacramento Home Depot and was help by Deon who is very personable and knowledgeable. His understanding of my specific needs and explanation of the installation process was very much appreciated. Costs worked out better than I originally thought. I like this store and made other purchases there the same day.

One of my goto stores for projects big and small. I'm in the business to finish projects and keep customers happy. It was a pleasure having Jessica be my checkout cashier the weather reaching 100 degrees she was cheerful and handled my purchase quickly and friendly. most store personnel I encounter on extra hot days don't make you feel welcome, she is truly an exception to this. Tell her thank you for being an ambassador for Home Depot.

YOU BET I RECOMMEND THIS STORE! The friendly manners of the employees, the clean shape of the store, the ability to ask a question & get a friendly & accurate reply in this place is SECOND TO NONE. I am so lucky to be a nearby neighbor living only a mile or so away. I have noted that others comment they drive out of the way to shop at WEST SAC due to the good service & the on the ball and friendly employees. Hey Manager: What ever you are doing to make this store such a hit, keep it going on!! Tonight again, as I checked out with my "conglomeration of items" some were paid for, some heavy to lift, some needed to be rung up and then of course I had to use my card that never wants to work the first time. The checker was cool as a cucumber, friendly and swift moving, kept thing moving forward with a full cart, and never blinked an eye, pleasant as can be (Janet) and got it all lined up to go! I also note that prices here are more than fair for the variety of things. I always do try to buy the HDX lines as they are EXCELLENT and on par with any national brand costing more. I use all the cleaning and any HDX I see for a task, I try to use that one. All in all, with the Garden Center open now and how I love to wander the Garden Center (I call it my Center of Calm shopping area) you will be seeing a whole lot of me.

The store was clean. Friendly service especially person named Vernin he was exceptionally helpful. Came to parking lot and loaded my heavy soil bags in my car without being asked. Now that is service!!

The Home Depot is West Sacramento is my favorite location. I live closer to other locations, but I will travel to this store every time. Adrienne Gigourtakis is excellent in the paint department.

My sales cashier was Stephanni. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I don’t often shop at home-improvement stores. Home Depot always seems to have what I need.

The store was clean the products are well stocked, and displayed. They're very busy But still helpful and friendly about it. I just wish they had more variety of the items I'm searching for. Other than that it's my go to Home Depot.
