Head to Home Depot to search for an unusual light bulb. Anxious I was in for a long search at the store, I was greeted pleasantly at the entrance by a store associate, showed him the bulb I was looking for, was quickly and easily directed to where I'd find a replacement, and happily out the door within 10 minutes. Great store experience!

Great store very clean the location to my house is a bonus and the associates are always willing to help out!

Arrived at the Home Depot in West Seattle! I was warmly greeted and directed to the area where potting soil was located. We found it, put it on a cart and at the cash register we again felt appreciated for coming to Home Depot. Thanks for having the goods we need when we need them!

The knowledge of the associate was excellent and he went to great lengths to help me in making sure I was ordering exactly what I wanted.

As soon as I entered and wandered to the service desk, the associate pointed me right at the area I wanted to go (locks). There were no associates working the registers, so that same associate called me over to check out at the service desk. I got exactly what I wanted in less time than I thought it would take.

This is my home town Home Depot and my only complaint is that due to the store being smaller in size many items can be out of stock.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent experience at Home Depot. I had great help and advice in the bathroom/kitchen remodel center. I also was pleased to find that they rented tools. It was easy to rent and return and the cost was reasonable.

It was a dark and rainy night...Well, it was. But let's move on. I stopped by Home Depot to get some materials for a community project I wanted to accomplish. I decided to set up street crossing flag stations at several unlit crosswalks on my island. With the NW's long nights and short days, you can take your life in your hands crossing one of our streets. We don't have a single traffic light on Vashon where I live, and while we like it that way, it can make it more hazardous for pedestrians and distracted drivers. Anyway, I needed enough pvc pipe to create 16 holders and 32 flag batons. Each piece of pvc would have to be cut down and I asked Erik if perhaps asking my neighbor to help me cut them down with his woodworking saws would be the best way to go. Before I could say anything else, he offered to use a special ratcheting pvc cutting tool and cut the pieces for me. Blown away. Got everything else I needed, including the Home Depot orange nylon shopping bags that Scott came up with as a possibility to use for flag material. I had budgeted a $100 and came in at around $87. Couldn't have been any happier, and can't imagine getting better service. Kudos to a big box business where the employees prove the exception to the rule. Thanks, Erik and Scott!

Sales staff were very helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable. Their expertise actually made our large appliance purchases a very relaxed experience. I usually shop online to avoid in store incompetence, however, this was clearly not the case here. I will purchase future appliances here at Home Depot.

He was so patient and helpful with my ceramics studio's new electrical design (lights and receptacles). I was trying to evaluate various LED technologies and spot lighting. He helped me explore and evaluate numerous alternatives (spread amongst several isles). Keep up the good work Faruk!

I love Home Depot and go here for everything I need

Friendly helpful staff, checked availability of product in stock and on line

I often am satisfied with my shopping experience when I need something from Home Depot. I just simply needed a showerhead and finding the aisle where they are located at was easy. So, it was like going to a fast food ordering something for a grab to go. I prepared myself ahead of the time by checking online to see what I need before heading to the store. My previous shopping experience was excellent because an associate was able to assist me and was knowledgeable with what I was looking for. That is the reason why I went to this store again. Hopefully that this experience will continue.

We are doing a remodel in our house. Needed someone to help us with a new door. The lady paged him but he was on a smoking break, we had to wait 25 minutes. He was a little rude when he got back. We were interested in a custom order but he acted like we were bothering him. Only scoring low because of issue in door department The rest of the staff was awesome. Helpful and pleasant.

Robert and Glenn helped me with my carpet purchase and were wonderful - professional, knowledgable and personable. If you need help navigating the carpet buying and installation process, these are your guys.
