I feel like the West Seattle Home Depot acts like a neighborhood store and the crew there is very helpful.

The item I was trying to purchase was on the top shelf after speaking to 4 different people with nobody being able to operate the man lift to retrieve it I was finally told after 40 mins that the battery was dead and they couldn't retrieve it for me.

The employees at the West Seattle Home Depot will let you shop in peace if you look like you know what you’re doing, but they are quick to offer help if you look confused. They will stay with you until your question is completely answered and you are satisfied with the result.

Excellent customer service! Cheri The customer experience manager went out of her way to give me great service, she was knowledgeable friendly and extremely helpful! This is my favorite Home Depot! Great employees!

I always like shopping at Home Depot, because there are usually plenty of empolyees around if you have a question....like where to find a particular item. There is always a helper around the self checking stations.

Was shopping here and all 3 employees were very profession, polite and offered great customer service

Cassy and Yale gave us guidance in our major appliance purchase. We had a ton load of questions including amperage requirements and exact cut out dimensions which they immediately was able to provide. We got 3 different models from the appliance department to evaluate and we narrowed it down to the GE Profile. $4,000 was a major purchase for us and your folks were amazing in helping us with our decision.

This Home Depot store in West Seattle is the very BEST! Their employees are the friendliest, most efficient and product knowledgeable of any I’ve dealt with at other stores. They all go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need and go way above and beyond what employees are expected to do, to help with your household problems. Their prices have always been fair also.

My husband and I had a great experience with Marlene Ybarra in the paint dept at the West Seattle store. She was very friendly and able to help us each time we went to try and match paint for our bathroom remodel. We would definitely trust her again in the future should we have any painting needs.

Ashley was fantastic! helped out with something i thought was simple, but others could not get reolved.

Great store, very clean, well stocked. Employees are very nice. Peter in particular at the Pro Desk is very friendly, knowledgeable and will make your trip a breeze.

I had to move a very large rock in front of my daughter's house. We considered excavators, but I had no experience & was very hesitant. Troy & Ashley truly cared about my dilemma. They brainstormed many alternatives before we decided to rent the G26 backhoe (plus truck). Troy took as much time as I needed to show me how work it like a pro. Result was great times 2: we moved the rock & stumps, and I had the absolute best customer experience of my last 20 years at HD.

NEVER ever use their home services. I was overcharged and spent hours trying to get my money back

I would say that they did a very crappy job today the employee was not on his best he acted like he had a big chip on his shoulder or a hell of an attitude when I asked how do I use this equipment I know I was not having a bad day so obviously he was

I always buy plants/flowering plants and soil from this store and it always making me satisfied.

Lee at the paint desk is great....totally saved me a couple hours in getting the paint fast and solved a non-number paint problem I had. He's the man!

A wonderful man named Ted greeted me at the door and then spent 25 min helping me troubleshoot my grass trimmer I bought a year ago from HD. He was patient, kind, courteous and helped walk me through every aspect of replacing the line to all the aspects of the trimmer I could use. Thank you Ted for being one of the few customer service worker left with actual authentic patience during these crazy times!!

Love shopping at the West Seattle Home Depot. Staff always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful so you feel like you are very special.

I've been to this store for 15 years, probably 30+ times per year. Today I discovered the lighting is much dimmer. An employee told me the manager is trying to save money by dimming the lights.Not a helpful look during Seattle's rainy season. Employees are great here, the store is normally fine. If they restore the lighting, I'd give it 4 or 5 stars.

I was look for light bulbs & had no clue what to look for. I was glad that "Gretchen" was so helpful.

I was able to work with Peter. He is the person that really makes the difference at this store. He is hard working, and takes time to get my orders filled quickly and diligently. I do everything I can to come to the store when he’s in, because I know my experience will be professional and efficient.

I know the West Seattle store allow dogs to enter even if they are not a service dog. Today, I brought my dog to purchase some items and was accosted by another patron for bring my dog. He kept asking what service my dog provided, as she is not a service dog, and insinuated that we had leave. I tried to reason with him that Home Depot welcomes all kinds of dog, and thankfully, Doris, an employee, that was standing behind us helped explained the company pet friendly policy and assured us that we didn’t have to leave based on the patron complaint. I want to thank Doris and let her managers know that we are very grateful that she stepped in to help defuse the uncomfortable situation. She could’ve pretended nothing happened but she stuck by her customers when others were rudely out of line. Again thank you Doris for being a great employee

The majority of the employees all know the department they're working in and and our genuinely happy to help you.

The sales/customer representatives on the floors and cashier registers are helpful and friendly. Maria was very welcoming in the store and helpful with products. She is definitely kind and someone I look forward in seeing again in the store to assist us. Yvonne at the cashier was nice as well and made checking out easy and fast. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family not just on the variety of products, but most importantly base on their great customer service.
