Everyone I interacted with were very helpful. I did not know exactly what I needed. I left the store being very satisfied with my purchases and confidence that I could return if I had further questions. Thanks a bunch. I'm not a contractor, builder. I'm a senior citizen who needed help with a project.

Had the best customer service experience a few days ago. The desk was absolutely slammed and we had a complicated return for Max, the Home Depot representative. He stayed calm and patient but it became clear he hadn't run into this particular scenario ... as he should, he asked for assistance and his mgr, Gretchen came over and instead of taking over, she used our return as a teaching moment and helped him through it - I was so impressed by their respective attitudes - Max for being open to the feedback and Gretchen understanding the long term rewards of this approach. If these two folks are examples of your general workforce, Kudos to you, Home Depot HR.

The Home Depot Store is a wonderful store to go to. It has so many items that are needed & wanted by many people. A company would have no trouble finding out what they need to pick up. Items are easy to get, especially with the help of the people who work at the store. The staff there are so nice & very polite. It was fun to walk around a lot of the store areas. I can find so many items easily . I was even able to get a strong cardboard box from one of the staff, so I could take some bags of soil & small rocks out to the parking lot to get them in my vehicle. Thanks so much for having such an awesome store, with very good associates.

Store is smaller than regular stores and has about 90% of what a regular size store has. I've mostly be able to find what I needed but have had to occasionally go to the Lander or South Center stores. Also, due to its smaller size, inventory control and restocking items are often blocking aisles, especially near the back of the store. Otherwise, its a perfectly good store.

Had a great experience at the West Seattle store. Decided to try my hand at mounting a podium mailbox, needed information on how to drill into concrete. Phong was super helpful! Told me about the different drill types and drill bits. As I was leaving, I had the great idea to get a second set of keys made. Dang was great in getting them done with no wait, and then he helped me with the checkout when I couldn't figure out how to ring up a set of screws and bolts. Super friendly, great service! Outstanding work!

Matt and Peter at the pro desk have been so helpful as I have rebuilt the oldest house in Seattle and currently building the newest in the form of a cottage in the backyard in Alki.

I haven't gone to this store in person but I successfully got my order over the phone. The staffs are approachable and respectful and ready to answer any questions regarding the products you are looking for.

Staffed very well to get the help you need, and they are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked during Covid!

I find this store to have a level of professionalism and knowledge as good as my small local hardware store.

Employees are helpful

Home Depot needs to improve the signage to direct people to commercial orders vs. Returns vs on-line orders. I was chased for not being in the right line (while maintains social distancing), when the lines are not marked. Clerk tried to take my cart when I was obviously waiting to have a box taped up. This store does not carry the pullout drawer organisers that are offered in other stores and online.

The store is well laid out and very bright. Staff are helpful when needed. Get the Home Depot app and it will tell you where to find every item.

If going into this Home Depot be aware, they are no longer limiting the number of shoppers in the store at one time and more than half of the employees are not wearing masks. Some are not even wearing gloves.

I appreciate the effort by the West Seattle Home Depot staff to provide their products and services while following Co-vid safety precautions. They politely limited the number of shoppers in the store and have plexiglass at checkout counters. Thank you!

Awesome service. Above and beyond. Store workers assisted me on the phone trying to find my freezer, who all seem to be either not available anymore or on back order. Not only did they find me an affordable one, but they also delivered within 1 HR after online purchase because I could not pick up myself

Excellent staff. Cheerful, helpful and professional. Years ago, my wife and I used to refer to Home Depot as "The Bad Place". Not anymore. You've come a long way.

Easy in and out. Baskets and flat carts. Friendly helpful and will take you to the item. Asm's visible az least on weekends.

Found several employees that went out of their way to help find what I needed even though not in inventory at the store!

Customer Service is exceptional at this store. Associates are helpful and friendly. I have done several big remodel projects and purchased everything at this store. It's local and convenient.
