This store has the friendliest employees - always ready and anxious to help us find something quickly - an extremely pleasant shopping experience every time we go there from the minute we walk in the door until we exit .

wayne and gracey are so amazing in the paint department, they can fix anything and custom match perfect way better than lowes

Even though I had a bad experience with one lazy employee, all the other employees that helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I ended up buying more which made for a wonderful Father's Day for my husband. I do appreciate good service.

It is a joy to come to this store. They are helpful at all times. It is nice to have a free coffee bar because usually I have not had my first cup of coffee when I come first thing in the morning. But it would be nice to have a place to put the cup on the carts.

This store is always clean, with items stored orderly. I am too busy, however, to notice that about any store because I am a remodeler who cannot afford to wait more than a few minutes for an employee to help me with an item or list of items. I have three jobs going at this time and two separate remodeling crews working those jobs. This particular purchase was approved and paid for over the phone. I cannot afford to have my men standing around in a store, waiting for help. Home Depot's employees are pleasant and eager to assist. Home Depot's customer service is a conservative 3x faster than Lowe's.

I can usually find the items I am looking for at Home Depot, for gardening, household repairs, painting and appliances. I like that they give the Veterans a discount. All employees are helpful in locating items that may not be in full view. And they will exchange items that may not work for you or that you bought too many, like floor tile, or other items as long as they are still in good condition and boxed or bundled.

Even though this was a holiday weekend with a huge sale, the store had plenty of products on the shelves and staff to assist customers. A good shopping experience.

I had to return a ceiling fan and needed another. The return process was easy and a Home Depot associate was very helpful in making sure I got a fan that would work for the area I needed. Also, Bettie at the check out was very friendly and helpful.

THis store has greatly improved customer service in the last two year . Light years ahead of local Lowes. About the same as the Home Depot in Lacy Lakeview

We were quickly and efficiently checked out by Bettie, who was also very friendly. The store was crowded on this Saturday, as expected, but we were able to find what we wanted and go through the check-out speedily and be on our way.

The store is always very neat, and anytime I am having difficulty finding something, there is always an employee near and they are always knowledgeable.

Even 30 minutes before closing, there was plenty of stock on hand and associates were friendly and courteous.
