I have noticed that this store is cleaner, better stocked, and the employees more helpful now than in the past. I was disappointed in the past, and went elsewhere, but now I will return to this store.

I found several selections of appliance that I was looking for. The sales person was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well organized.

Clean and clear and friendly

This store is neither the newest nor the biggest Home Depots I've shopped in but is is usually well stocked and the sales persons are always friendly and helpful. For the last appliance purchase, there was a good supply of models to "touch and feel" which is absolutely critical for final decision.

A very well kept store, has abundant stock, and convenient location. Store can be seen from regular traffic. But, hard to find associates to help in the aisles. Otherwise, a great store!

The store on Lawrenceville Highway in Tucker, Georgia cleans the floor with a wet vac early in the morning. There is a overall dusty haze and chemical smell so strong we left.

Great employees, easy to find what you are looking for. Clean store. My favorite Home Depot.

The rating is low because of the horrendous parking lot. Another car backed into mine as I was exiting and I had to wait a couple of hours for a police officer to arrive so that I could file a police report. It is utter chaos in the parking lot.

Great store with friendly employees.

When I was not able to find a product, the cashier paged an associate to assist me. The store was clean and organized and all of the associates were friendly and very helpful. Home Depot #0117 Decatur is also convenient to in my area.

Super annoying cameras have distracting doorbell chimes everywhere and bright LEDs shining in your face at checkout. Take a queue from Las Vegas on how to have good security without acting like you distrust your customers.

The majority of the products I needed were easily located, although one of the products was out of stock. However, a knowledgeable sales rep. was eager to assist & found an alternative that worked even better than what I originally came in for. The store is always clean, neat, bright and pleasant to spend time in just browsing, checking out new products. Guess what....you can now shop with your canine companion. So, on sweltering summer days, I no longer have to leave my dog in the car, which can become unbearably hot in minutes. He loves shopping there as much as I do, and the sales folks always greet & pet him, and he just loves the attention. So, shopping here has evolved from getting in & out with a needed item, to looking at what's new for possible future projects.

The majority of the employees in this store , the one I visit store 0 1 1 7 in Decatur Georgia, need to be retrained for customer service or they needed to be treated better. Only employers that are helpful to their employees will have employees that are helpful to the customer. I only had as I said three employees only three that were helpful in the 10 times that I've been there in a week. It was disgraceful. So treat them better the employees that is or retrain them for customer service because I'm in customer service and that it is not correct customer service at that Home Depot.

I really appreciate the help and engagement I get at this store. The return desk, pro desk, rental guys, check out and pros in the different departments all greet me and help when I need it and let me roll when I don't. No pressure. No fuss. Today, in the back of the store in plumbing, I was helped to the faucet part I needed within seconds. It's hard to get that anywhere. It's nice to be in and out with the right items and get my projects and house moving forward. I like knowing that I'll be helped professionally at any part of the store.

Ask for Ms. Mary she is the best has great customer service and can help you out with just about anything you need

All the Associates in the paint section were very helpful. The particular young lady gave me helpful info in how to do a good job in staining the chair I was working on.

I find everything I need when I come to your store, but every now and then I don't due to running out of stock. The Store personnel is always helpful and friendly.
