Mr Keith greeted me as I entered Appliance section! He asked what I was looking for and then took me right to it! He even let me pay right in that area. I was in and out in 15 mins!! Rarely I have received such friendly and kind treatment!!

Most of the time HD has products that brought me to the store. If I am unable to locate a product it is difficult and slow to track down an Associate who can either locate the product, to suggest alternatives.

Because JEFF in lumber is the man! He helped me dig up wood scraps for my young son. My son got a personally build toolbox put together by my engineer, woodworking father. I needed to teach him how to drive nails and use screws. He went to GREAT lengths to make sure we had what we needed. I told him any scrap wood. It didn’t matter what. Jeff found a dead board & cut it in 3 pieces for us. JEFF is amazing!!! I never EVER expected such amazing service from an employee as young as Jeff.

ZZ helped my out very sufficiently and was dedicated to help

Zaaz helped me at self check and then offered to carry my purchases to my car, as my arm is broken and in a cast.

Friendly staff ,Great customer service is all I need to spend my money

I have been to Home Depot, Lawrenceville HEY, twice this week looking for items for my Holiday party. They have everything you could possibly want. But the best thing about this experience was the customer service. Harris, in the garden department and JD at the cash register were both very helpful and kind. I had a large dog with me and a broken finger. I could not have made this trip as successful without their help. Harris took the time to walk me back to the lighting department to help me find items that were not near the decorations. He is a very knowledgeable employee. This is my neighborhood Home Depot, the people always make the difference regarding the success of any business. The helpful employees will keep me coming back.

Good place, friendly people, most likely has what you need, has a few messes but not an issue at all.

I was very surprised that there was only ONE measuring tape, out of many, that had both English and metric markings. And it was a very small tape at that.

Avoid this store- needed 12 bags of mulch. Susan the nice cashier called for help but no one came. There is no more drive through for multiple bags of soil and mulch. No came when Susan called for help to load the bags in my car. Thank you Susan for trying.

I always go this store most of the time I got what I wanted

Ordered 2 pallets of bagged mulch & selected date for delivery, only to get a text that HD was rescheduling to another date when I had to work. Yet somehow HD expects me to be at home for their delivery window of 6am-8pm. I selected "No Signature" for the delivery, but was told by texting customer service rep that I have to be present to sign just in case. This is a major inconvenience.

Poorly trained staff selling kitchen appliances. Wasted my time and money and then complained systems are down to prevent them from refunding my money.

For years this store is a filthy disgrace. The pollution in the woods and in the parking area is massive. Many of the employees are apathetic. The music on the P.A. is offensive. Shelves and aisles are a mess. Nobody will come unlock the pine straw trailer. Happens every time. Other Home Depot locations are starkly different and better. This location should be closed permanently, or perhaps made Wholesale trade only; not retail.

Lumber quality was poor- No cashiers open-check out maze not condusive to lumber purchases associate at self check out needs training

I came in on a busy afternoon needing paint and supplies for a client's home renovation and Mr. Keith took over my entire list and handled it all with grace, kindness and efficiency. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and went out of his way to make me feel taken care of. Thank you!

The little girl at the pro desk needs to work on her attitude and she needs more training.

Went to this store and let me tell you the employees are really sincere, when you ask one of them for help, they stop what they are doing just to help and answer any questions you may have.

We live close to this Home Depot and love that we can just run over grab what we need and if we forget something, which can happen in the middle of a project we can run back and grab it.

I bought many things now that I am a home owner. This store is wonderful and close to my house. Great service

Gerald in kitchen design was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He helped figure the most convenient layout for my kitchen and suggested excellent problem-solving ideas. He took a personal interest in my situation. When I returned to the store after an absence of two weeks, Gerald remembered my name and details of my order. Wendy in blinds, has a wonderful demeanor for meeting the public. She was patient with helping me stay within budget and she really knew her product.

I made a purchase last week and was disappointed and disrespected by a Former employee. This store handled my issue and looked out for my best interest. The Former employee doesn’t represent this store and will not prevent me from returning. Thank you Homedepot

I stopped at Home Depot to see how they were stocking the store for spring planting--it was beautiful and very well-stocked. Our recent weather has been so different from "average"--I also was interested in purchasing a backyard weather station.Khaly helped me find the perfect weather station for my needs.

I am felt supported from all the staff helping me, received items needed, came back for for stuff the next day and the staff had the same high quality of standards and support. The entirety experience meant a lot to me. Chevis would make an excellent manager if he isn’t already. Everyone seems to rely on his support and direction. Home Depo you have a very good team. Thank you all for helping me with the project for the students at my school
