We had several questions about replacement items and installation. The staff members at the Middletown Home Depot were kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The variety, quality and prices of the items, we needed, were good.

Due to the amazing employees at the Middletown store, 3 in particular, I will mostly shop here.

I had a problem at store with a gift card and store manager, Todd and Nicole helped and guided me through the process. I am very pleased with their professionalism and kindness.

great appliances, I bought a dishwasher and it works great ,many to choose from.

I will be coming back to this HD store and will be asking specifically for Odalis. He was very knowledgeable in the paint department and answered every question i had.

Howie in plumbing was great! Helped me find everything I needed and was nothing but friendly.

I had to have many lumber cuts and it didn't faze Colin in the lumber dept. He was helpful and patient.

Was provided excellent customer service from a gentleman named Odalis, he went above and beyond on helping me find what i needed as i couldn’t find what i needed he approached me and asked if i needed assistance.

Was not happy with the quality of the paint I purchased. When I opened the can you use it the next day it was full of ‘skins’. Will get my paint somewhere else in the future.

Old guy john held it down, was helpful and knowledgeable about everything even though we interacted for about 5 minutes, didnt point to where the product was and walk away, he walked me to the product and picked it out for me !!! I appreciate that ohdee

I have visited this store for at least 30 years and everyone is always super pleasant!

Generally speaking, the Middletown, NY Home Depot has most of the home maintenance related items that I'm looking for. However, sometimes, everyday items are not available in the Middletown store but are available in the Harriman, NY store (which is significantly further away).

Had several pieces of wood cut for me. Brian and Vlad were exceptionally helpful and never made me feel that I was inconveniencing them.

Good service and pleasant staff always make a visit pleasant

I BOUGHT A QUEEN SIZE LUCID MATTRESS FOR MY GUEST ROOM AND EVERYONE RAVES HOW COMFORTABLE IT IS. LOVE IT!

TANYA IN THE BLINDS DEPARTMENT PROVIDED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE SPEND A GREAT DEAL OF TIME WITH US AND REALLY KNEW HER STUFF. SHE WAS ABLE TO GIVE US HER ATTENTION WHILE ASSISTING COWORKERS WHO WERE TRAINING.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill while being a first time drill shopper. I know nothing about drills but Bill took his time to show me how to use a drill and gave me all the tools I would need. Only reason I didn’t buy the drill was because of an unpleasant experience at self checkout that had nothing to do with Bill. Only reason I’m giving a good review is because of Bill. Thank you Bill for your help and advice on how to use a drill for the first time.

I purchased multiple items for different customers and one of the cashiers helped me sort them all out before checking out. It was a tough day and I really appreciated the help....

The cashier at the customer service lacked good customer service & shouldn't be allowed near any customers. She doesn't pay attention to what to what is going on around her and when it is brought to her attention by a manager, she disregarded what was said to her. I realize all industries are looking to hire staff, but if someone isn't doing their job, they should be terminated.

We order doors for our new home and are greatly satisfied with their help in finding the doors that fit our house!!

Today I set out to organize my attic so I went into the store to get 5 storage bin in a specific quart size. I had looked online for a while and decided on a size that my local Home Depot had. I went in and saw that the one I wanted were high up so I came across Michael and ask if he would help he immediately responded “yes” and went up high in the ladder to get the one I wanted. When it was time to search for the lid we search and searched and couldn’t find them. I was so disappointed because I had a plan and couldn’t do it. He saw I was going to get a bin larger than the one we were looking for and he said I can give you 4 in that larger size and mark it down. I couldn’t believe it, I was going to be able to do my project today. He helped me unload and load then, walked me to the register and was so helpful. Thank you for making today a great Sunday man. Will definitely be back.
