The Home Depot in Middletown NY, is MY 'Go To' Home Improvement Store because I always find what I'm looking for, the Employees are ALWAYS Welcoming and Helpful.....and I've yet to have a Bad experience there , so they Must Be doing Something Right.

Home Depot is fairly close to where I live, but not around the corner. I happened to be there to purchase Red Guard for other projects going on with my renovations. I saw that they would come and measure the rooms in my house and took advantage of the offer that day. They came in within a few days and took the measurements AND sent me an email with the "blueprint" within hours! When I came back to the store to purchase more materials, I looked at carpet and ordered it. Then I changed my mind and came back to work with the same person. He was patient, thorough and personable.

In the paint dept, odalis very insightful and a great asset to the paint team

Very helpful at the location. All of the Members aim to please. Mrs. Susan Brechneu-Nocera was extremely helpful with helping me setup an appointment for my custom blinds.

This store has everything you would need to build a house from top to bottom, to rehab a home, or to just keep a home in good repair. Whatever you might need, they have it all. The customer service is top quality. There is always someone handy to help with whatever you are looking for or willing to advise on which product will serve your needs. You will never be sent down a wrong aisle since the employees always take you directly to what you are looking for. The shelves, bins, etc. are always kept stocked. You will never find an open gap where your favorite floor cleaning product should be. Look up and you will always see signs to direct you to all of the areas . Another great thing is that you will not be falling over boxes in the aisles. Figure they must do the shelf stocking late at night.

Friendly employees who make themselves available = evident the moment you step into the store. Ample stock, enough cashiers, good value and selection of products make this store great. Restroom was clean, store was neat and clean, and shelves were stocked and organized. Manager is visible and accessible. Great store, even better employees.

At the Middletown, NY store you can get everything for you home. When I purchased my home, I bought all I needed for my home at Home Depot in Middletown. The employees are very nice and helpful in getting what you need. I love it.

As a young mom with my kid with me and a bad back I asked for someone to assist in getting a bunch of bags of top soil, cashier called someone immediately but nobody ever came to my assistance. I waited about 10 minutes. Loaded it myself. Nobody noticed or came by. I also had to load them to up into my car.

The store is always well-stocked and clean. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. It's always my first recommendation to anyone asking about tools and materials.

I had previously been told that one of my keys couldn't be duplicated because the size was longer than average. Since it had been a few years, I thought I would return to this store just to double check. The staff member at customer service listened to my concerns and immediately had a staff member meet me at the key section to help me. The staff member placed my key in the automated machine, found the right size template, and made me a functional copy. It all took maybe 2 minutes at most. I was able to checkout right away as well. Everyone was so helpful and efficient from start to finish. Really one of the best experiences I have had shopping at Home Depot or really at any store.
