I recently needed help with a wheelchair ramp for a client. The Pro Desk personnel coordinated the design and purchase of the special order ramp. Installation was very simple.

I PURCHASED A 71/2 FOOT CHRISTMAS TREE AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SALESPERSON WHO HELPED ME THOUGH THE CHECK OUT PROCESS.THE LADY WHO PROCESSED MY PAYMENT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND STRUCK UP A NICE CONVERSATION WITH ME. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE TREE AND THE QUALITY BETTER THAN MOST OTHER STORES HAVE AT THIS TIME, MOST OF THE TREES ARE NOWHERE LIKE THE OLD TREES AND ARE FLIMSY. THIS ONE SEEMS TO BE BETTER QUALITY. I HAVE ONLY ENCOUNTERED ONE PROBLEM WITH BUYING AN APPLIANCE AT THIS STORE IN 20 YEARS SO THAT ISN'T BAD FOR THOSE MANY YEARS. STAFF ARE WILLING TO SHOW YOU WHERE TO FIND SOMETHING IF YOU CAN'T FIND IT. PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE COMPARED WITH OTHER STORES WITH LIKE PRODUCTS. THE PAINT DEPARTMENT IS ONE OF THE BEST IN MATCHING COLORS AS WELL.

My plan to purchase Ryobi power tools for Christmas gifts became my best shopping experience at the Wareham location because of your employee Nelia. She is an asset to your store. She was patient and helpful while at the same time very pleasant and professional. She went out of her way to find answers to my question about your Christmas return policy.

Staff act like you’re bothering them if you ask for help! Appalling!

Product delivery was delayed for two days causing an inconvenience to home

When looking confused in the lumber dept, a gentleman asked if I needed help. He not only told me where the wood was.....he walked me to it, while having a conversation with me. Nice to be treated like a person and not an annoyance.

Most Home Depot locations are good, but Wareham is the best, I suspect good management.

Received a door that was damaged when we went to install it we had to rework the door. Contacted Home Home Depot in Wareham. They immediately gave me a discount on the door. Very thankful.

Looking for a new chain for my electric B&D chain saw. Two guys looked and could not find it. The young lady behind the help counter called out Dean(sp?). He went right to it.

This store’s workforce is very customer focused and great pride in how their store looks.

The employees are always helpful at the Wareham store and I would say 90% of the time they have what I need in stock

Happy to shop at Home Depot, Wareham, MA

It can be intimidating to go to a store like Home Depot when you’re not exactly the “DIY type”, but I’ve been so impressed every time I visit the Wareham store. All of the employees I’ve interacted with, from Tom, to Kyle, to Thomas, to Tristen, and the sweet lady who helped me at checkout, have been incredibly helpful and kind. Shoutout to Tristen, who helped me find my seemingly endless list of tools, and even helped me bring some supplies right to the check out area. The employees at the Wareham store have made me feel comfortable to go back again, and I feel confident that I’ll get the help that I need (and they will humor my infinite questions about the DIY videos I’ve been watching.) Keep up the great work - it makes a difference!

I just purchased my microwave a few days ago, and I used it last night and like it.

March 28th 3:15pm-I came in to get a gallon of paint. Nobody was working in the paint department. After 10 minutes, I went to customer service, she called on the intercom. Nobody came to help, customer service called again and also for a manager-she called 2 more times for a manager. After 30 minutes ( 2 calls for paint assoc., 3 for a manager) nobody came to help. Finally someone came over to help. While I was waiting I watch this guy walking up and down the paint aisle filling the cart with stuff. At approx. 3:40, he walks out of the entrance with a cart filled with merchandise without paying. I told this to the person that finally helped me. They said the manager doesn't care about shoplifting. He than said in 2023 this store had 2.5 million dollars of shoplifting, the numbers for 2024 are not in yet. How incompetent the store manager and assistant managers are!

I love shopping at my local home Depot as everyone in there is very friendly. Id like to thank Lisa for helping me with what I couldn't find
