Great store, friendly staff. They always walk me to the item I am looking for because just giving me an isle number doesn't help, since these stores and the products can be confusing to me at times.

Nick from flooring was so helpful with my blinds purchase and I will definitely come back because of the experience I had with him

Deborah P. took the time to answer my questions and help me find the merchandise I needed for a project. And she did it with a smile! Made the trip to Home Depot worth it knowing I had the right tools to complete the job.

Bought a wheel barrel and inflatable machine

Marianne K was helpful and courteous. She immediately stopped doing what she was doing in order to give me her complete attention. I have rarely found a Home Depot Associate so thoughtful and helpful. If she worked for me I would devote my time mentoring her because of her interest in her job and her willigness to listen, comprehend and assist my needs as a customer and consumer.

Walking into the store you are welcomed, asked if they can help you/direct you. Store is cleaner, more organized that the other Home Depot stores in the area. The Rest room is the cleanest rest room I've ever been in. When they check you out they ask how things are going, They make you feel like you're part of the community. We like that. Debra is the best.

All Staff were courteous and professional. I would recommend this location to my friends for their home improvement needs.

The delivery men were excellent. They called 30 minutes before arrival. They carefully removed our item from their truck and removed the box prior to bringing it up the driveway. They then wrapped it so that it would not get scratched and carried into my home. They were friendly and courteous.

Love shopping there. Employees are great. Jess & Coleman to name a few!!!

The store is so crowded with orders for pickup you can move around comfortably. Spent time looking for a cart, because they are all used by Home Depot for orders

Tom and Robyn were extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with buying and transporting a huge Halloween decoration. I’ve been looking to find this for 2 years, and thanks to their outstanding assistance, “Mr. Bones” will be a HUGE neighborhood favorite every year.

The help seems to be so caught up in conversation with other help on different depantments that they ignore or are irritated when you ask for help

Tara is so kind and polite been there 4 x in the couple she greets you with a nice smile and helps you find what you and if she can't she will ask a person who knows. It's nice day coming to shop when tara is working you know the experience is going to be pleasant. She is the true model of great customer service.

My partner and I went into this Home Depot on a Saturday morning and we were welcomed with smiles from all of the associates and each one was incredibly helpful! Thanks especially to Tom, Alicia, Tina and Lisa for making our Home Depot shopping experience such a great one!

Had to make a return and "halley" was so rude to me she wouldn't even respond to me the entire time. She was so mean everyone in line behind me was even appalled by her behavior. I still went home sad and with feelings of inadequacy and repulsiveness. I will not return to this location ever again because of how dumb I was made to feel. (Note, I don't know If Haley was actually this woman's name or if she was using a different person's register)

This location has some of the best team members I have ever encountered at any Home Depot Store. Alex, in particular in customer service/returns, was extremely helpful with my questions and assisted me with several items. Thank you Alex for job well done!

I bought a refrigerator that was completely boxed. The box seemed to be in good shape, no holes or apparent damage. When I set it up I noticed a ding on either side of the refrigerator. I called to see if I could get a portion of my money back onto my original form of payment. They told me to bring the refrigerator back in! Of course that's completely impractical, leaving it up to me to decide that it's worth keeping a dinged refrigerator rather than hauling 23 miles back to home depot for them to inspect the damage.

I never saw a group of employees so rude, arrogant, unhelpful and without any knowledgeable about them rules.

This employee is outstanding and professional when helping customers. He goes above and beyond to assist the customers.

Great store, well stocked, logically laid out displays, clean, employees available to assist customers. A really good shopping experience.

Was totally disgusted to see the American Flag being flown at this store all torn and tattered is a total disgrace the staff needs to be told that this is totally unacceptable The American Flag should never be flown in such a disgraceful way

I bought last night wall paper glue on the store and was a kind of wild way to find until go to purchase the glue, people was mean, funny and ignorant towards me, Hope them have a great Christmas because after the no funny joke and arrogance towards me I definitely do not recommend that store for no one, lazy people work there, don’t forget it the store survive not only for the big purchases, those small ones generated a huge difference in the market !

I just wish to say that I am so very grateful that as a customer this store has Halley at the return desk. What an amazing employee she is. This store needs her and needs to have more hard-working and polite employees like her. Halley knows what it means to give a customer a great customer experience.

Finally had to give in and purchase a large box on wheels to store everything together . I have owned Snap on products earlier in my career and just thought for home owner cabinets this surpassed my needs for .
