The store was clean and product were to find. The associates at the paint desk were friendly and helpful.

The Wareham, Massachusetts Home Depot has everything that I want -- tools, gardening stuff, lumber products. Most people know what aisle stuff is and can direct customers to the right location. It is a clean store with helpful people working there.

The store was clean and the employees are very helpful. The associate in the blinds department, Donna, is very helpful and friendly. The home and garden associates are friendly and helpful.

Lisa in the Kitchen cabinet department was a great help as were all the people who helped me find tile and grout and load up my truck with my purchases. Highly recommend this Home Depot. They had everything in stock!

The folks at this store are exceptional in that they are friendly and professional. They work at being focused on the customer and fulfilling the expectations of their store's mission.

Most everyone was helpful, and the store was stocked well. One associate refused to wear a mask through our entire conversation/interaction, and seemed genuinely annoyed to be asked where an item was/to make two cuts on a piece of lumber. Never written a review before but this individual prompted me to because of how little they cared.

This is a great store, they almost always have what I need in stock which has been very difficult lately. The pleasant and knowledgeable staff are always willing to help.

Love shopping at this home depot. So many nice informative sales people in the store.

This store offers and amazing customer service. They really have their act together. The on-line, curve side pickup, delivery and in store service is amazing. We love this store and come out off Cape to do our shopping here. Thank you to all of the employees of this store.

This store does not honor the veteran discount when proof of military service is indicated on your drivers license. All supporting documents i.e. DD214 need to be provided to the RMV before they will add the veteran status to your drivers license.

Wareham.MA Home Depot is a GREAT HD to shop. The store is well stocked and the service is Knowledgeable,Courteous and Friendly....Product availability is very good and pickup is fast and easy if ordered online !!

I guess in Wareham MA the paint department can choose NOT to wear a face covering IDK in the paint and customer area where I was needing assistance I was so angry I had just spent 20 minutes driving there after work to have rude employee not wearing any PPE while assisting customers!!!!!!!! I am wearing PPE all day at my job and then OBVIOUSLY while in stores for THEIR HEALTH AND MINE!!!!!!!!! NOT IMPORTANT? 11/5/2020 4pm hour FYI. I don't feel safe going forward and wont go back anytime soon. Very upsetting I wanted to report it to customer service desk, but wanted to leave ASAP!

Limited storage and roofing items, but other items well stock including lumber. Aisles are a little tight with pallets stacked with merchandise, but still navigatorable. Speedy checkout.

Had to wait over 20 minutes in the paint dept. for someone to mix paint for me. An associate still did not help me, an employee of paint company PPG was nice enough and knowledge enough to help me. After going to the service desk to ask for an associate to help, I still waited another 10 minutes before the PPG sales person helped me. This is not acceptable on any level for customer service. Multiple associates walked by to see me standing there and no one offered to help. Your lucky the company is so big that a complaint from me is nothing, but waiting over 30 minutes is awful. My time counts too. On a good note the checkout was great but the paint experience was terrible.

Was not easy to find what we needed. The store and employees, including the manager seamed disorganized and confused. I observed safety issues in this store.

The Customer service person Cindy Glasglow was the best in the store. She went out of her way to help me with a rather complicated problem and solved it for me where no one else was willing to help. She was the best!!!

For a smaller store, I usually find everything I'm shopping for. The employees are all so helpful. The signs are helpful too. the store is clean and orderly.

This stored is stocked well and great displays. Everyone is willing to help and is very patient. The pro desk girls are incredible, so knowledgeable and intelligent, efficient and aim to please. Very nice store, worth the trip from barnstable every time.

I rely on help and explanation of the Wareham Home Depot associates. The store is clean and all materials are arranged in good order. I like that I can buy everything that I need for repair and construction in one store. It saves me time and money.

I add that I could put a line where all customers would be obliged to pass and pass alcohol in their hands or gloves and forbid people to enter without gloves, at the exit put a trash can where people could discard their gloves and disposable masks
