I work in the plumbing trade. But every time I come into the Wareham store I'm always greeted even if I'm not working. And I'm always directed towards stuff that I might want to buy stuff that's on sale or promotions in my favorite tool categories or even when I'm doing home stuff or projects always have the best help available. Wareham is always been for the best Home Depots that I've ever been to. Thanks Wareham home depot crew u guys ROCK!!!

Shop this store if you want to be treated like a guest in someone's home. Shop other stores if you want to be treated more like a "customer". Excellent customer service with availability of employees who are eager to help, makes for an above-average shopping experience.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE MOST HELPFUL IN MY PURCHASES AND THE STORE HAS SO MUCH MORE THAN OUR HYANNIS STORE. I DO SHOP BOTH STORES. WHEN I WAS IN THE HYANNIS I HAD TO MAKE PURCHASES THROUGH PRO DESK AND THE GENTLEMAN WAS MOST HELPFUL IN ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS AS I AM A SEVENTY-FIVE YEAR OLD WOMAN.

Great customer service

Not for kitchen appliances . All were marked price wrong . Manager would not come to talk to me was going to have her lunch . When asked for the right price she gave me another wrong price . Waited for. Manager never came . Had two sales person . Who one would not shut up and was plain out rude . The rest of the store is good.

great store well stocked easy layout the staff is great and location is key for those of us heading to the cape everyday

fortuneately, I did not need to contact someone on the floor with a question. I did notice that I had to really look to see if there were any should I have need for one. I did contact one at the help desk who was helpful; I expect that should I hav e needed a more technical person they would have called for one.

Clean stocked great service

Although my local store is in Natick, MA, I had to gp through the Wareham store for special orders being delivered to Harwich. The service was excellent.

Giving 5 starts bc Bill in paint made the trip worth it. Funny and great stories. Selection was average and the cashiers were closing up too early. Bill was cool tho lol I'll always shop home depot over the others

I have had some very good experiences with the staff at the Wareham store. The folks in windows and doors have always gone above and beyond to help in ordering and checking on tracking the order. The folk in roofing/insulation have had some very helpful suggestions on products and approaches to using that product. Plumbing and Electrical know where and items maybe hiding and are always knowledgeable about products and location.

PLACE IS ALWAYS GOO TO GO TO FRIENDLY & HELPFUL & ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I WANT

Friendly, helpful people, working in a great store

We purchase a new product that was not on the shelf yet. They are on line available at your store. Butcher block counters, an associate Gary, helped us find them in an overhead area in lumber. He didn't hesitate to get help from other associates, Dave and Shane, working together quickly got the pallet down and got us what we came for. They were very helpful, professional and went out of their way to help us. They all stopped what they were doing without hesitation and most importantly with a great attitude and a smile! That is very rare today. As we shopped for a sink and faucet, 3 different other customers came up to us and asked were we got the butcher block. They were all interested in seeing them. We sent them to the lumber department. As we were loading them into our truck, a couple came over to help and and the women said it was just what she was looking for but didn't know Home depot sold it. I gave her the model #'s and she was going in to purchase it. By the way they look beautiful stained, cant wait to install them :)

The staff at the East Wareham store are some of the nicest among all the Home Depot locations I visit.

After waiting weeks for a carpet installation, the HD contractor called the morning of and canceled and presently can not tell us when we are rescheduled. This is due, we were told by one employee calling in. We asked to be scheduled for the next day and were told people that were scheduled after us were going to have their appointments honored even though our installation job was scheduled ahead of theirs. Home Depot does not assist in anyway with a resolutions between themselves, the HD contractor and customers. I do not recommend HD 3rd party installations. Currently no one form Home Depot can give us an installation date. This has cost us valuable time and money with delays to our renovation projects.

Best home depot around. Will at the pro desk is amazing, always goes above and beyond.

Poor customer service , help is just not interested in customer service.

This Wareham Home Depot is always clean. The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. They always seem to have what I need in stock. I drive other box stores just to shop this Home Depot.

Everything was a good experience. One thing I would recommend though: When closing, there should be a supervisor available for last minute decisions etc...

Poor customer service. Not enough knowledgeable employees on a Saturday night at 8:00 PM , was asked to come back the next day to make my 300.00 purchase . The cashier " Nicole " was able to turn my experience around, and after making a few phone calls she had an employee helping me get the item I wanted. THANK YOU NICOLE.

clean and fast in and out service and well stocked

I consistently receive excellent customer service from this branch. The employees are strong ambassadors for the Home Depot brand. Store is clean, staff is always looking to help a customer.
