The paint desk was easy to find and the associate there was very helpful and kind.

I love the Warren Home Depot. Friendly associates. I was approached by a nice lady, Debbie, and she asked me if I found everything. She used her phone to take me to the Garden Department and found Terrell to help me. She stayed with me until she knew I was helped. What great customer service.

A general issue I have with home depot is that their associates are not very helpful. As usual on my recent visit, when inquiring about a specific item the response was "not my section" or "you'll have to look over in that area - I'm not sure". Instead of finding someone to help, they are quick to find a way to not be helpful. Other times in the store, I've had associates while "trying to help me" stop what they're doing to flirt or joke with other associates, and in the end, still not actually help me find what I'm looking for. I normally don't review unless I'm extremely dissatisfied or happy with an experience.

The store was very clean but the bathrooms really disappointed me. Being that you are The Home Depot, there could be better ways to show products, and tips. For example the "bathroom" could be way more presentable, nobody like the hand dryers anymore those things are like a blowing bacteria machine!! very filthy. And also you could easily use better products in the bathroom such as tiles, mirrors, exc, by letting the customer being available to see products and get ideas first hand by of course advertising there products in area such as the store bathrooms, customer service counter we all enteract at counter so let that be the marketing strategy by displaying high end products instead of the cheap stuff. Turn the store into a giant showroom and give me the gift card I'm building a restaurant in Warren and I'm doing it with "The Home Depot". While on a budget so help a brotha out.✌️

Greg in the paint department should be given an award for professionalism! While there my fiancé and I witnessed a customer from Mars! While we were speaking with Greg about paint options, this man walks up and rudely yells at Greg about some products, Greg asked if it was ok to assist him, we said sure. However, the man returns and does it again! Speaking to Greg as if he was a child! But, Greg remained calm and professional, I couldn't say that I would have did the same! Not once did Greg speak on the situation, or did he frown, he continued to assist everyone! Please give him an award and raise!

Very helpful finding products, BUT 1 gentleman in the Paint department was a little rude with his attitude to my wife as she shopped for paint.

Associates were helpful. Even associates who were new and were still becoming acquainted with the store and product locations they made every attempt to assist me in finding the products I was looking for. I understand someone being new on the job, so, I always appreciate a sincere effort to help regardless of someone's place in the learning curve.

Was not easy to find what I was looking for but it was right in front of my face once the associate showed me where it was .

Have been at my local Home Depot numerous times this summer, mostly for landscaping needs. I am impressed that there are always staff available to assist me as soon as I walk through the door. I am a senior and many items are too heavy for me to lift, but I am comfortable in shopping at Home Depot because I know there will be someone readily available to help me. When I was in the store last time I was assisted by a young man named Thomas L. he loaded my cart and was very knowledgeable in advising me about the different types a grass products that would fulfill the needs I have and was very friendly. He stayed with me to roll the cart up to the cashier (it was really heavy) and then loaded me car. Truly a pleasant and productive shopping experience. Thank you Thomas L. and Thank you Home Depot.

The helpful knowledgable associates make ALL the difference. They actually walked me to the item i was looking for - whether it was a tool, a flashlight or a plumbing fixture. They also asked what/how i intended to use it and made recommendations accordingly. i don't get that degree of service elsewhere!

I researched the Tile Lab tile and grout sealing products before I went to your store. Found what I needed easily. Everything I needed for that project was in one area of the store.

As a Vietnam Veteran with a disability. I appreciate the veterans discount, and the recognition Home depot gives to service veterans. Lowes also has the same discount and I sometimes shop there. Usually the cahiers at the checkout are cordial when I present my military ID card, and often say "Thank You for your service", or something similar. (They ALWAYS do at Lowes) The cashier who rang up my purchases, Linda LLG125 just glared when I ask for the veteran's discount, and said "I can't give you a discount". When I asked why, she said "because most of the items are on sale, and I'd have to ring them up separately. Other cashiers have entered the military code and let the computer decide which items get discounted. This bill was $23.64 so the discount would have been less than $2.36. It wasn't the discount so much as the unfriendly treatment. I insisted that she ring up the box of screws separately so she could give me the veteran's discount on the screws.

The store is always very clean and all the associates are very friendly. Each visit gets better...I almost feel they know me because I go there for everything. This store thrives on helping everyone and delivering the best possible customer service...meeting and greeting within 8 feet...is awesome!
