the associate know wear all six boxes wear and had lift to get them down on the floor. he olso help to get some one to help load I thank him and tol him he did a nice job.

Home Depot is a good place to shop for builder needs. Home Depot staff is friendly and very helpful.

The sales associate who assisted me with a part for my lawnmower went well beyond what he really needed to do. He turned a major headache into a piece of cake by going over what would make the repair an easy process for me.

The store associates from management down to the cashier's are always pleasent.

The store was clean and products are good, I would have only one down thing to say about the store, Lighten up a little on the free coffee rules, after all home depot did offer it to the customers , People work all shifts, and we don't all have the same morning, If you don't want people to have the coffee don't offer it?

This is my store of choice when I need home improvement/repair items. I rarely have any issues at this particular store. I have purchased items from every department at least once through the years and have no complaints on quality. Like many, I wish prices were lower, but they are not out of line with the costs of any other retailer.

I needed some help finding some electrical related items and the associate working that department was very helpful with finding those items. The Warren store is pretty big so I had to "buttonhole" a few associates to find all of the items I needed, to my pleasant surprise they knew where those items were stocked. Good job guys!

Everyone was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly especially the Afro American at the paint counter. It was like the information booth when other customers inquired what isle they can find a certain item. He was very courteous and helpful. I always enjoy coming to Home Depot in Warren, of course its in my neighborhood.

Store was clean and organized. The atmosphere inspires you to get your projects and others done.

Andrea was very friendly and polite at the check out.

The associate Steven was so helpful with all of our needs answered all our questions helped with loading the truck and took care of everything we needed.. Also Trevor helped load the truck also with a pallet of shingles and helped load up the plywood we also purchased.

Devon was an amazing help today, he was able to show me all the items on my list and even helped my load my car. The associates in the store were helpful and very pleasant to talk with. I love that you were open before I had to be to work! I will definitely be back and do my shopping at this store!

Terrell Green was immediately available to help me. After his shift he went out of his way to come to my home and unload my lawn mower, put it together, add the oil & reminded me to register my lawn mower. I appreciated him so much & offered him some money & did not accept it. Terrell Green is kind & was very helpful to me. I don't know how I was going to do this on my own. Thank you Terrell Green I will be looking for you on my next visit to Home Depot!! God Bless

If part of the marketing strategy for this corporation is to allow consumers to walk throughout the store hoping to find their desired item without the assistance of an associate, then keep up whatever you are doing. Over the past 10 years, a clear disregard for qualified, knowledgable employees and an increased desire to push profit margins up has left your stores half full of employees that lack any desire to help a consumer and the other half completely empty. Congratulations on successfully failing.

This is my go to Home Depot. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I get in and out right away... unless I want to lollygag (smile)...

The store was clean and the products were very easy to find, the associates were very helpful when we perchased our new refrigerator washer and dryer, the prices of these appliances were very comparable to any other stores offering these items.

Every time I visit this Home Depot I am greeted with smiling helpful workers. They are always patient and willing to help. Being a woman it is sometimes overwhelming not knowing about certain items needed for home repairs but I am always confident that somebody there will be able to figure out exactly what I need. It makes shopping much more enjoyable, thanks Home Depot!!!

When you get Linda, Tom, or Maryann you are dealing with Pros at the contractor check out. They are great to work with and process people through like cattle, just like both the cattle and HD want, while being very pleasant in getting their job done. A couple others are competent, and one is just not so good. If they'd put someone like Angel over there in place of the not so good one things would improve.

Home them Depot staff is very professional and you do,nt have to ask for they will come to you. Thank you home depot !

IT WAS VERY EASY TO LOCATE THE ITEM THAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR , AND THE CHECKOUT WAS FAST AS WELL AS GETTING ASSISTANCE TO LOAD MY ITEM INTO MY VECHICLE.
