Could not get any assistance from employees . Each one I spoke with said they would send someone over but that never happened . Bought a ton of lumber and same thing happened with help loading . Eventually another CUSTOMER who overheard came out to help me load ...pretty sad store. Next time I'm going to Portland as it isn't any further .

Sam at customer services have my fast check out and was friendly.

I've been going to this store for all of my gardening supplies and haven't been disappointed. Great staff of employees there to assist as well.

Great store, employees are always helpful and I have always had a great experience. This Home Depot compared to others I have visited seems small. Although well stocked all the time, I had recently remodeled my Kitchen and I was unimpressed with the available lighting and faucets. Other than this, I have always been able to find what I'm looking for. I will continue to be a customer of this store.

Even when I do not want to buy another tool to finish another project, employees at store 4023 make it less miserable and rather enjoyable to drop some dough on a saw or new drill, or something else to add to the tool collection!

Paint department made it a little easier to get in and out with shopping, so i was able to do some painting before the wife came home!!

From the moment i stepped into the store to the moment i walked out, everyone that greeted me was friendly and quick to ask if I needed any assistance or if i was finding everything that I was looking for.

Fixing a plumbing leak in a property we had just purchased turned into an amazing experience at the Home Depot in Warrenton. My husband and I were standing in front of the plumbing parts display discussing options for fixing a plumbing leak in plastic pipe when an employee walked by and overhead our discussion. He made the comment that what we were discussing wouldn't work and offered to help us find the parts that we needed. He not only got us the right parts and tools he explained in detail exactly what to do and why we needed to do what he was telling us. It turned out to be easy and seamless - taking just a few minutes to make the repair. My husband - who has done a lot of work with copper plumbing was amazed that it worked so well. We were totally clueless on how to fix plastic pipe so this was a huge turn around for us and left us with almost the whole day to play with Grandkids. Thank you Home Depot. Warrenton - we will be back.

The staff was quick to greet and provide assistance in guiding me towards the materials sought for.

The store manager herself made sure I got everything I needed and the cashier even helped me get all the stuff into my car. They now have a loyal customer for life in me! Anything I ever need that Home Depot sells I will be purchasing at this store. I can't possibly recommend them more highly!

I went to get a few things to build my chicken house. I am not a carpenter by trade, but am an old farm gal, so I have built things in the past. While checking my list, an Associate comes and asked if He may help me. As he use to do carpenter work, he drew me a brief plan. I was amazed with his knowledge and skills. We found everything I needed and things I wasn't aware I needed. I left that store with much relief and knowledge myself, that I could build a great building! Thank you to all the associates and lovely checker that were all so nice in my visit. I will definately make this my one place shopping at Home Depot!

This store is always very clean and well organized. The workers are always available and ready to help in any are of the store. It is always a pleasure to shop here for my home needs.
