The help we received with purchasing lumber and fencing products was great. The Pro desk associates were very helpful as well as the Pro Loader.

I had a lot of questions about the products that I was looking for. The associates were not only helpful, but patient with my questions. Darren in hardware was especially knowledgeable about the power tools that I was going to be needing for my project.

Only real compleaint is the lack of pull through parking for an RV, mine is 32 feet long and in most parking lots, like Costco a couple of blocks away, I can pull into 2 parking spaces but here I had to take up 5 spaces Otherwise it was a great experience. Inventory not as extensive as in some stores.

We are doing a complete renovation of our home in Astoria & make several trips to our Home Depot buying everything from concrete to appliances. Everyone in the store is so helpful & friendly it is a pleasure to shop there. Even our dog loves to visit as she gets treats!

We were very happy with how helpful our sales associate Jeff was during our visit to purchase a new entry door. He was knowledgeable and offered suggestions we hadn't thought about. We very much appreciated his attention to detail and his ability to navigate us to the perfect door.

As soon as I entered the store an associate offered to help me and led me to the product I was looking for . I had looked online for my product and home depot was not the cheapest but what I saved in shipping cost it turned out a good decision .

Very, very happy there's a Home Depot in our area since we remodeled an old Victorian house. Been able to find or order everything we've needed over the past 2 years from plumbing and appliances to paint. Always a good selection to choose from.

I rarely post reviews of businesses but I was so impressed I had to review this store! It is wonderful to go into a store and find the sales associates friendly, knowledgeable and wanting to help you. I was also impressed that there were plenty of associates readily available. I tire of going into stores and spending most my time trying to find a sales associate to help me. I prefer to get my exercise outside rather than running down sales associates who once cornered act like you are an imposition. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who assisted me (made a key for me and answered questions about a key lock box) so I could give him special recognition. Keep up the good work!

Your employees are your greatest asset. Train and keep them, especially the ones that smile while helping customers which are your life line to subsequent sales and bottom line profit. I would do more business with Home Depot if they brought back their military discount. I did serve my country and was impressed when you gave a 10% discount because of my time I spent defending our constitution. I felt it was a slap in the face when the discount was rescinded. I would also be more apt to recommend The Home Depot to my friends if I was happier about the Veterans discount. Jerry L.

The associates were very helpful in the garden center, event though a few things were out of stock (until their next shipment this week) Check out was easy and friendly! Even though being a young couple, with a few items, the cashier asked if we needed help out due to my boyfriends injury to where he wears a boot. It's so nice being acknowledged in that way! I drive 50 minutes to shop here instead of my local hardware store (at least most of the time!). The associates are friendly and helpful, they carry a superb array of products, and I always get great accurate answers when I need assistance. If you need anything, shop here!!

Ordered online, order was ready quickly, received a text and the items were ready when I got to the store for pick up. Associate was very professional and friendly.

We just moved to Astoria and obviously need hardware help. We've bought a TUFF SHED here and many other items. The stress of a move is unbelievable. Once these folks understood what we were dealing with them like they were like next door neighbors. We're going to remodel the kitchen. HD will be our go-to source.

Store Associate, Ford, helped me purchase and understand the best way to install: water shut-off valves, insinkerator and kitchen faucet. He walked me through the entire process and helped me with all of the parts needed to complete the installation of all pieces. Can't say enough about how helpful he was. Great to see that this HD has such knowledgeable store associates.

My wife and I went in to pick up a few screws, gather some info on deck treatment, appliance's and counter-top replacements. We left with what we came for plus a brand new miocrowave-hood kitchen appliance plus some info on re-doing our counter-tops. Now I just have to figure out a way to pay for it all!

We needed help to locate a few items in the store and we never had to wander around trying to find someone. We also got great assistance by Skip for helping us out with air compressors. One of the best Home Depots I've been in.
