As landlords with several rentals we have to be on-the-spot to keep tenants happy. When we got a call that a washer had just failed, although I can fix a lot of stuff, I wanted to be ahead of the problem as soon as possible. One of the tenant has health issues and I did not want them to wait for me to diagnose and repair so I started on a shopping trip next day for a new washer while planning to deal with repairs without inconveniencing the tenants. At the Warrenton Home Depot the sales associate was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He also saw that we got an excellent price on the appliance that was the "best fit." It was in stock, he and another associate loaded for me and we headed to install it. Thanks, this was a very good HD experience.

I am a dis-abled American Navy veteran and used to get a discount at Home Depot. I used to purchase far more than I do at this time as I felt as if I was slapped in the face when I was refused the 10% discount. You have the rest of things pretty much in line with what would be expected. BRING BACK YOUR 10% DISCOUNT. 90% of your sales beats business leaving and going to other vendors. Your choice.

Lots of helpful people. Material was easy to find and get to. The yard person helped us load our material thanked us and took the cart back for us.

The employee's at this location are friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Some may not know exactly WHERE to find something but are willing to help.

Had what we needed, very good price, VERY knowledgeable sales woman. Easy as pie.

Upon entering the store we immediately received directions to the bath tubs which was our primary focus. Store associate, Eugene, was most helpful and friendly offering suggestions and advice on accessories we needed for the tub we ordered. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I always have great success at Home Depot. The sales people are great, very knowledgeable and caring. They always have a smile and are friendly. I highly recommend Home Depot.

I recently ordered a new double front door from HD. The full glass was supposed to be reversed as stated on the order form. The manufacturer would not honor the request as ordered. HD went to great length over time to find a contractor who could honor the original order. Most stores would have turned their back and say "tough luck." I didn't think companies cared about consumers this much any more, certainly not a big box store. HD broke the mold. I am always happy to share this experience as evidence of good, old fashioned customer service. I am now a very loyal HD customer. Tell all of your friends!

Quick trip to the store-easy buying. Always like shopping at the Warrenton store!

Ford helped me by suggesting products I didn't even know existed. His suggestions and helpful instructions saved me a lot of time and made my project much easier. On my next shopping trip to the Home Depot I might call ahead to see if Ford is working that day.

The store is always clean and we'll staffed. I love all the decorating ideas . Sometimes I just like to roam around and make my w ish list so I can budget when my SS check comes

The store was clean and easy to navigate. While my husband and I where shopping we where assisted by an associate that did an amazing job of helping us!! He went above and beyond and made sure we had everything we needed and didn't overlook anything we may need for our home improvement project. We where thoroughly impressed and will be going back.

Bathrooms could be cleaner. Good people good for Halloween and Christmas

I am so pleased that there are associates readily available to help find products in the store, and are knowledgeable in helping with a decision making process if I am uncertain about the product I am looking for.

Every associate I came in contact with was extremely friendly, and helpful, including the door greeter. If I needed help finding and/or selecting an item, it was easy to find an associate to help me, and they were knowledgeable. Items I was looking for were in stock, and the price was less than in other stores. I am very pleased with this Home Depot store. The restrooms are more conveniently located at the front of the store.

The visit at this Home Depot couldn't have ran any smoother , They had everything I went for & were more than helpful in the store to the loading of everything . Best Crew I've seen in any store in a long time !

I purchased a log splitter and required help loading in my truck as I live about 25 miles from the store and did not want to tow it that far and they were very helpful however after I got home and unloaded I discovered all of the booklets and info and product reg. were all wet even tho they were in plastic bags as we liveon the west coast it rains a lot or it is foggy I think all of the paper work is ruined thankyou david

Your store has been an excellent resource as our daughter, who lives in Nahalem,OR, puts finishing touches on her house. We live in Elgin, IL and have been helping with the process. Kudos to the Home Depot products, the Home Depot Staff, and their flexibility.

I have shopped in multiple Home Depot stores and this one was by far the nicest most helpful store I have been in. Great staff, super clean store and very well stocked. I wish this was my local store.
