Ben was very good helping my disabled husband. He was very patient and understanding.

My fiancé and I went to the Warrenton Home Depot not knowing what we really wanted for a washer and dryer. Rachael Erikson provided support, answered questions and was very helpful in our decision making!

This store keeps changing the "benefit" of a veteran's discount. The latest is that it does not apply to lumber. In addition, one has to choose between this discount and...store credit? Stock of lumber is nearly ALWAYS out of what I need. HD takes no accountability and blames suppliers as they "only get what the supplier sends."

I couldn't be happier with my new Milgard Windows. The Home Depot window consultant, Matt Knight, was professional, courteous, informative, and a joy to work with. The customer service called me to schedule an install date. While the date was 3 months from purchase, they called me often to keep me informed. Outstanding.

I had some plumbing items that were purchased a while back. Some, quite a while back. I didn’t have receipts and I couldn’t use my new credit card to verify my purchases. My old credit card was canceled by my back due to a fraudulent charge. So, a super helpful and knowledgeable employee TIMMI helped me get my items returned. She was wonderful. She noticed that there was a line building at the customer service desk and proactively jumped in to open another checkout for returns. It was noticed by all of us in line and we are grateful for her kind and helpful attitude.

I had a fairly large order for building material that I needed to have delivered over an hour away, and not only did they have everything in stock, but the delivery was done during the delivery window, and when I went to the store to place the order, I was told I could just leave my list at the ProDesk and continue my shopping, and they would have the order set up and the requested delivery date set for me. I was delighted with the ease of placing my order, and also in getting the requested date for the delivery! This is the firs time I was able to place an order for this project where I got everything on my list, and didn’t have to pick another product because the vendor ‘was out of stock.” Home Depot had EVERY item I needed and pulled it all together for me and delivered it on time!!

I was asked twice by two different employees if I needed help, they were very attentive and I was only in the store for about 20 minutes or less.

I have a prepaid item to be picked up , Called to see if it was in the lady said IT was , I drive 20 miles to the store and it's NOT in . How utterly rude !!

I have purchased items at Home Depot and returned items without a hassle. Employees have been very helpful and courteous.

This store is so conveniently located in the shopping mecca called Warrenton. There's ample parking, plenty of associates to help you find what you find, and generally well stocked. The one complaint I have about this store is the street access. There is now so much traffic in the area, it's difficult to safely pull out of the parking lot. Some signs are needed here.

I purchased a package of AAA batteries from a in store display “Your choice, $17.87.” At self check out, they rang up at $21.87. Rick, the cashier, was an the check out and said, I’ll just take $4.00 off your bill to make it correct. I arrived home to see he only too .05 cents off the bill. Unacceptable.

I've had to return a couple of defective items over the last few years and H D's return/exchange policy is quick and easy...They understand the need for a fast turn-a-round so as to allow more time on the job... Our community is fortunate to have H D nearby !!!

Staff is friendly, helpful and professional and seem to go out of their way to assist their clients. Best store we have in our community to be honest!

I find it a constant struggle to find someone willing and able to help with locating items or information.

He demonstrated kindness, compassion, and was extremely helpful and nice you definitely want to go through his checkout line whenever possible!!!!

I needed a hot water heater, a toilet and information on a complete home generator system (which I could not find ion the internet). I go instant help including printed information on the generator and was out of the store in about 20 minutes with way more help than I ever expected. Five Star shopping.

I recently (Feb. 2022) met the Store Manager of Warrenton Home Depot and was impressed. Now I hear that her new District Manager will be another lady that I knew at Oregon City Home Depot. Glad to see that Home Depot is making even more progress in equal employment.

Was treated like a criminal just for buying wire at this store. I shop at other HD's all the ti.w and never have I been so offended

Our local Home Depot is a delight to visit! The store is large and it is easy to find what you came in after. The garden area is the best around! I had my home carpet purchased and installed by Home Depot and was completely satisfied. I am presently looking forward to having new doors I purchased there delivered and installed.

Was floored today to find out Home Depot does not extend the veterans discount anymore. They revamped the program at the beginning of 2022 and it appears in the process limited what applies. Do-it-Best in Astoria, Oregon will now get a lot more of my business.

Seemed like a pretty simple plumbing task. Rick helped locate what I needed, showed me how to assemble what I had, as well as reminding me to get the other stuff I needed!

Doran in hardware walked me up and down several aisles helping me locate and choose items I needed for several projects. thanks Doran.

I can't remember any time that I haven't been pleased about the happy helpful people at Home Depot in Warrenton. Often, they will go the extra mile. A couple of times they have been out of an item I wanted, but always they will check the area and extra stock just to make sure that they might be able to get me what I wanted.

Customer service at this store is exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and go out of their way to help.

Every time I go to this home depot I get the help I need with a smile.
