Part of my weekend is going to the Home depot and just looking around, I spend 2 hours every day in traffic, this is how Ilike to relax.

PRODUCTS WERE GROUPED APPROPRIATELY AND EASY TO FIND. SALES ASSOCIATE WAS HELPFUL. IN AND OUT OF THE STORE IN UNDER 5 MINUTES. LOVE IT!

The Warrenton Home Depot is always clean and well organized. The associates and managers are helpful and pleasant and most importantly knowledgeable. Especially Leslie, she has been a valuable resource to me many, many times. One of the managers, Wayne Johnson, even went to Spotsylvania to pick up an item for me, and then he delivered it to my house, which I know was at least a 2 hour trip. I rely on the Home Depot for my entire home and garden needs. With the consistently excellent customer service I receive and fair prices, you have a loyal customer in me.

We went shopping for all new kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer, we did our research ahead of time and knew what we wanted, the sales associate was knowledgeable and very helpful, we found everything we wanted and walked away the proud owners of 6 new appliances.....

Our family was in need of ordering flooring for our whole house, as well as the installation. We were more than satisfied with Karen in the flooring department - she was helpful, patient and knowledgeable! Thank you for all the assistance - it was a great experience!

just about like all the others... lightbulb section needs a re-org. very disorganized. shouldn't be difficult to group by type (e.g. cfl, led) then sort by wattage...

I will be back to shop at this store and will recommend it to others .

This is where I go to find suppllies needed to repair either the home itself or item in the home. I just repaired a lamp for $5.00. I am very pleased because it was one of a pair.

I cannot say enough nice things about Joey! He went above and beyond to help me with an unwieldy piece of plywood. He helped me get it into my car -- he even took it back inside and shaved a bit off so it would fit! You cannot ask for better service! He is a great guy with a great attitude. :)

The help within this store are very helpful. If you ask for assistance - the store personnel will do their best to help answer any questions or concerns.

Justin was very helpful to make sure that we did get the right part and that we were checked out in a very timely fashion!

The aisles were full of Christmas stuff when I went the first time that night... Wrong part lead me back an hour later!!! Of course you had the right part, but the aisle was even more cluttered with Christmas stuff. I'm still going to shop there even if I had to climb over trees and wreaths.

I so appreciated the help from the paint department employee when I told him I was looking for a sponge roller. He showed me a 3 inch wide one, but when I said I needed larger one, he went right to the 7 inch wide rollers. I would have had to look for quite a while to find these items. I decided to purchase both sizes.

It was a great experience visiting the Home Depot. Like everytime I visit.

The associate at the customer service desk was most helpful with my return and subsequent re-purchase of the same item. Initially, the purchase was made online to be picked up at the store. Upon inspection of the item at home, I noticed a few pieces were missing. I found another of the same item and returned to the service counter. I showed the gentleman the parts that were missing from the initial package were all present. The associate gave me a 5% discount on the purchase for my inconvenience. I shop at the Warrenton Home Depot several times each week for various items. Obviously, I wouldn't shop there if the service and selection wasn't most often great. In general, the employees at this store are above average friendly and helpful.

Got in and out the store quickly and got. What I needed.

the store was clean and every thing was easy to find...I can find help if needed because someone is always around in seaking dictance......

Product in wrong location and not noticed until I pointed this out to associate who was loading product in my truck. Associate did not know enough to determine if the correct product was being loaded. Bottom line I had to return items, get new items and waste 20 minutes of time all for $3.85. Not customer friendly. Stay away.

I shop at my local Home Depot store in Warrenton , VA regularly. The store is always clean and organized for easy access. Associates are always readily available to assist with whatever you may need. I highly recommend this store if you need anything!

We bought a bunch of mulch and landscaping blocks on a Sunday morning and although there were only two ladies working in the garden center, they were both so helpful and willing to help us load everything in the truck bed. Their generosity exceeded my expectations! Thank you for being so friendly!

Wayne in electric went far above and beyond to help me out. Half way through my trip I was very discouraged and thinking I needed to go somewhere else. Wayne saved the day and I will be back because of his time and effort to help me out.

The associate, Ebony, in the Electrical Dept. helped me with my purchase. Always with a pleasant, positive attitude, she was seamless with her efforts to fill my request, despite just having arrived to work and the department was in a condition that had "busy day" written all over it. I have had dealings with Home Depot since they came to the NOVA area. I've shopped in many stores. I can say that Ebony is one of the best performing associates I have encountered throughout the entire chain of stores. The Warrenton store is in general, one of the better run stores I've seen, (with the exception of that security alarm that seems to constantly go off).

Went to the store for a garage door liner. I was able to quickly locate the items. Also, I viewed some garden lights and the associates were able to answer all my questions.

This store is probably the cleanest and most friendliest Home Depot I've ever dealt with and trust me I shop at alot of Home Depots all over Northern Va.
