Always clean and friendly and the best selection of plants in the area.

I know with the ratings above, you wonder why the total experience was only a poor rating. Store associate was helpful, informational, and pleasant to work with. Long wait while the item was located. Another long wait at cash register because SKU wouldn't work. After a wasted hour between these two things, found out the item wasn't even available due to be sold due to recall. The store associate did not have that information and I think this was totally ridiculous. He walks around with a computer in his hand to track items and no one could put a notification on the item in the computer so the clerk was informed. In addition to not getting the item that we went for and went to check out, all of the open cash registers were self service. We had a large plant/tree and it wouldn't go over the readers. When I finally got help from an associate in this area, he asked what item I needed scanned (like it wasn't obvious), and waited for me to lift it from the cart. No customer service in that area. By the time we left, the frustration level was extremely high. Sorry, lost this customer to Lowe's yesterday even though they are at least 20 miles further.

The gardening area was beautiful, full of mature, blooming plants. Easy to find and priced reasonably.

Well everyone was friendly and helpful and I like I could be able to bring my dog in if I had to. This is a great store to go to. :)

i GAVE THE CASHIER MY MILITARY ID BEFORE THE CHECK OUT PROCESS STARTED. SHE SAID SHARPLY TO HOLD UNTIL SHE HAD ENTERED ALL THE ITEMS. MY TOTAL MERCHANDISE BILL WAS 95.17. MY RECEIPT HAD .30 FOR MILITARY DISCOUNT. I POINTED THIS OUT TO THE CASHIER. SHE ONLY A FEW OF THE ITEMS I PURCHASED WERE ELIGIBLE FOR THE DISCOUNT. I ADVISED HER THAT HAD NOT BEEN MY EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST. SHE TOLD ME THAT WAS THE CASE THIS TIME AND TURNED TO HELP ANOTHER CUSTOMER.WHEN I WENT TO LOAD MY PURCHASES I NEEDED A CORD TO TIE THEM DOWN. THERE WAS A LARGE ROLL OF CORD BUT NOTHING TO CUT IT. I ASKED AN ASSOCIATE WALKING BY IF HE HAD ANY THING TO CUT THE CORD. HE CAME OVER IMMEDIATELY AND PROVIDED ME EXCELLENT ASSISTANCE.

Previous to shopping at Home Depot our first choice was Lowes. I have compared the prices at Lowes and Home Depot and the products at Home Depot are of a better quality and usually slightly lower in price. The Associates are always helpful and friendly and definitely eager to help in any way they can. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Home Depot. The store is always clean and well stocked. It is a pleasure to shop here.

Tim was extremely helpful in assisting me in my selection for a garage door opener. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He sold me on it in less than 5 minutes. I'll be so happy once it's installed.

Bob A. from hardware was awesome! He helped me out in the appliance section load a deep freezer onto a push cart and he pushed the cart all the way to the check out line. To add to the service he coordinated with the loading team to have the freezer loaded into my vehicle. I had my 3 small children with me so this task would have been unmanageable if it were not for Bob's help.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. They can offer suggestions to solving my strange hobbycrafter problems as well as tell me where to find the items I need.

I can pretty much always find what I need. The selection is good. And when I need help, there's always a knowledgeable and friendly associate nearby.

I absolutely love shopping at Home Depot. The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, they've always offered sound advice and alternate ways to complete tasks which I would never have thought of. I have never met one associate who wouldn't go the extra distance to ensure I had complete knowledge on what I was trying to accomplish. They enable me to be successful!

This particular Home Depot sets the standard for other Home Depot in all respects, from employees to product selection and availability. In particular, the plants in the Garden Department are well maintained with a large variety of options to choose from. It is the best I've shopped in, and I've shopped in Home Depots from Virgniia to New York.

During a visit to Garden center, after purchasing a large arrange of flowers and bushes and grass supplies, 2 of the personnel let me walk right by them pulling 3 carts and not one of them asked if I needed any help

Spoke to two associates when looking to purchase an item seen online. Neither could completely verify if what we were purchasing matched a specific feature with the displayed sign. The box did not specify it, either. Also, the QR code did not even address the issue. We'll have to check it when the person who wanted it opens it. Not looking forward to a possible return. The associates were, however, very friendly and otherwise helpful The cashier was great and got us someone to help load our van quickly. The cashier also noticed my military status and gave me the appropriate discount for which I am quite grateful.

The store was stocked with what I needed and all of the associates were very friendly.
