I ordered a large mini split system to be delivered , five units and over $8,000. The delivery driver was supposed to call when it was out for delivery. I had no idea it was delivered until the survey email popped up. I looked on my ring camera and saw the system sitting outside in the driveway, where it can be damaged or stolen. No notification of delivery or a phone call. They were supposed to call so that someone could drive to my house and open the garage, I’m at work until the next day. Instead it’s just chilling outside.

We shop here 2 to 3 times a month. Our favorite home improvement store.

Seems like this would be a good place to open a pro desk. They never seem to want to help you. And most times things that are preordered and paid for are either not ready or not in stock even though online it said it was.

I bought a n extra battery for my Ryobi mower and the staff helped me apply for a credit card to get $25 off. They were very patient with me. I also bought 6 Arborvities and the employee loaded them into my pick up truck for me. I'm 80 so I needed the extra help everyone provided.

There is another "Home Depot" type store much nearer to where I live. It is worth the drive to go to Home Depot. Also, these people have been very cooperative over the phone. So I know what to expect when I get there. They realize when you live in a rural area drive time can be significant.

I was very impressed with the employees at this store especially Patricia Loel. Great selection of product, and I was really impressed with my results. The one added comment is the vendor for my counter top was not very good. I understand they were new company but they just were very difficult to get what I wanted and did not give up front pricing on anything that was an upgrade. Patricia worked very hard to get a customer satisfaction inspite of this company's lack of upfront pricing.

We never have any issues with the people or the store. It's probably 5 minutes or so away from where we live, and everyone is always so friendly.

We have to wait one whole week, without stove, before anyone will come out to correct problem or bring new stove.
