I frequently shop at the Washington Court House Home Depot for lumber, paint, hardware and garden products. I have consistently found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Chelsea was very helpful with our order of a stove. Very friendly and efficient.

We have been treated very good with our remodeling projects since we started doing them in 2020. I highly recommend this Home Depot Store!

Bought some diamond blades that work great although the blade online was not the same price as the one listed in the store with a ten dollar difference. Shop here twice a week sometimes more. My only reason for not giving it five stars is because of some of the people they chose to hire and others that I've seen them fire over ridiculous reasons. If ur hoping to get a job here and ur a good worker I would suggest in making friends with some of the crew at least forty percent some are great with customers but horrible in respecting their workers.

Nancy in appliances and Wanda in curtains/countertops are both most helpful and knowledgeable! And Wanda having helped me 5 years ago ALWAYS personally greets me with a smile.

I had three different associates go above and beyond with assisting me- their customer service as amazing!

I was lost and could not find what I was looking for and a lady named Mary came over and took the time to help me find everything I was getting and Christine did an excellent job as my cashier. The people in this store are excellent and always try to help.

Our local Home Depot has always had some of the most friendly, helpful associates. Our most recent shopping experience was no different. Becky in flooring was exceptional from start to finish during the process of our new refrigerator purchase. I can’t say enough great things about her! Then there is JD. He was such a joy to speak with and as always, so knowledgeable and helpful.

I've bought so many things here home cleaning products like laundry soap while shopping for shower heads. My Mom is elderly I bought a shower handle for her while picking up her trash bags and a new toilet brush! What a convenience! She also needed a new trash can. My Dad passed 8 months ago he always said just go to Home Depot they have it! Such a great selection of cleaning products no need to shop anywhere else. I was greeted by a young man selling countertops at my local store and I was so excited I'm shopping for new countertops and that made me go look at them! Now I'm considering buying them from Home Depot! I love the options and the selections. I was shopping for rugs also and this nice lady asked me if she could help me. I have been buying my rugs there ever since. I bought a living room rug there 2 years ago its so worn well! I'm always happy when I shop there I'm looking forward to my new house remodel with Home Depot by my side! Thank You so much for making my life and my contractors so much more easier! Now we are getting paint and Painting supplies there now so many colors and options to choose from especially with getting ready to paint the kitchen cabinets!!! Also so helpful with the moving supplies! bubble wrap and tubs! I know we will be back to get all we need from now on. Thank You so much for being convenience! I bought my new flooring from you last year for 5 different rooms and I'm getting ready to do my kitchen and dinning room floor. I buy all my LED light bulbs there also! The home depot protection plan makes everything better! I love the vinylplank lifeproof fresh oak flooring and the heirloom pine, flint gray too.The flower section in the spring is my go too!

HD carries about everything the average home owner will ever need, if they don't have it, they can order it and it's never a hassle. Their customer service reps do a wonderful job. I always am impressed with the knowledge, skills, experience, and friendliness.

No one ever try’s to help you, they scatter like roaches when you turn the light on!! I had several employees notice me looking at refrigerators but no one ever came over to assist me. I only shop here as a last rrsort

I know nothing about the Washington Courthouse Home Depot. I've never been there. I just submitted a survey for the Ashtabula Home Depot and then it took me here. I hope you actually got my survey because our Ashtabula Store is the best of Ohio. Your follow up asking me to rate another store where I have never been is seriously lacking.

The staff (Ammon) in the Cabinet Countertop department have been proactive and helpful in our latest countertop purchase.

I love this store. There is never a time when I have asked for help and not been greeted with a smile and attention. These people go out of their way to make the shopping experience a great one. Rosie Cusic does a great job leading this group, and the employees make her look good. I will shop here for everything I can.
