All associates so friendly and helpful. No matter what department I was in someone asked if they could help me and I was in several, including paint, needed a special light bulb, cleaning supplies, mouse bait and plug-in covers. Had great help at Self Check Out.

In need of a moen tub cartriage and it was in stock and a good price.

We needed help with our paint selection and maching the color we really wanted. Ruth, in the painting department was fabulous! She went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we were looking for. We love how our painting project turned out!!!

Our store associate was extremely helpful in assisting us in ordering cellular shades. Not only was she knowledgeable, she seemed confident about the procedure. When she made the decision to look to see if there were any advertised specials for the shades, she found one, which saved us $100+. We definitely appreciated her effort to do this for us - it paid off!!

I bought a dishwasher that was to be delivered and installed. The delivery men arrive and say they can't install it and that I' have to call a plumber. After going back to the store for the installation and take back fee refund, the cashier proceeded to give the all of the money back. If I wasn't an honest person, this company would have been shorted 473$. However, I was honest and told him what needed to be refunded. After explaining this to three different people and an hour later, we were on our way! I'm a single mother of two children. I work full-time and I go to undergraduate school full-time. I'm upset that the sales associate told me that they could install my dishwasher with no problem (since there was a dishwasher in there previously) and that I had to fork out an addition 200$ plus some for the plumber who had to order parts for it. I was told to buy a kit that went with the dishwasher and that's what I did but it wasn't the right kit so then I had to fork out more money to buy the right kit for it. This experience has been horrible and I feel they didn't do what they said they would. I didn't even get a "thank you for being honest" when I gave them back the money they messed up on with the refund. Arrrggg.... okay, rant over.

the store is located approximately one hour from our home. we do don't visit it as much as we would like to because of this but we do love the store and it's associates! everyone has always been very helpful.

This store is the best! Way better service than lowes!! Always picking Home Depot over lowes lowes offered terrible customer service but never at Home Depot would you get poor customer service

This store is very clean, nicely organized and has the best and friendliest staff I have ever encountered. I visit the store at least once per week and the staff even calls me by name. They are very helpful and you don't have to go looking for them. Tim and Becky are my favorites, and I so enjoy seeing Tim on the television each week giving tips on remodeling, grilling, painting and everything else.

Today at the service desk, we were having so many issues trying to get a large purchase to go through right. there were 3 associates helping tackle the issue. Not only that...we passed the time we all had to wait with a little laughter! Love the atmosphere and will be back again!

I enjoy shopping at this store, several employees and I have a personnel connection from the amount of time I spend in the store. On this trip it was to attend the woman's diy workshop. I recommend these as well as the children's workshops to all my friends. Giving back to the community makes me a loyal home depot shopper.

The best store in town I can get everything I need

It was easy to find every thing I needed for my projects. And I will use homedepot for all my home projects down the road.

I went to buy a small Bucket Buddy and a 2-gallon bucket I had previously purchased and found the price on each had dropped $1! I made a little noise about buying it for more a few weeks ago and Jessica the check-out associate helpfully told me I could brig the receipt in within 30 days and get the difference back, then happily and competently got me checked out and on my way quickly. Two thumbs up! :)

Great store experience paint department is the best

Trying to find a microwave that was on sale........got a discount because there was no box to go along with the product. Helpful associates all around.

We experienced excellent customer service, questions answered and inquired if all all needs were addressed.

Store clean. Product availabllity (Vent Free Gas Logs), were not available to see in the store. So I ended going to Lowes for purchase. Also Lowes gave a veterans discount to me. I gave them the same documentation as I gave at Home Depot and they didn't hesitate to give me the discount. I have also went to Lowes for most major appliance purchases because of the 10% veteran discount I received. I didn't apparently meet the qualifications as a veteran at Home Depot, even though I served 4 years during Vietnam and was honorably discharged. Criteria to qualify as a veteran would take an attorney to see if I qualify. Sales associates seem more interested in chatting with each other than with the customer. Not very proactive. Checkout was seamless and friendly.

Searched the website & print ads and found exactly what I was looking for at the store. The associates were most helpful, professional, knowledgeable & friendly, and the prices were great....thanks to Tim, Teresa, Jonah, Patty, Bill, John & Beverly! Great store, great people!
