Home Depot in Waterloo Iowa rocks! The store is clean, and customer service is outstanding.

Very poor customer service. I know a hovering salesperson is annoying but no assistance when many are present chatting amongst themselves is worse.

The store was clean and they were very helpful if I asked questions. Ready to ask if you need help finding things. THANK YOU!!!

Store is clean, there’s always somebody around to help and they’re very respectful and courteous. Always have what I’m looking for. I save money shopping homedepot, no mail in rebates.

Terry helped me when I was purchasing my dryer. He was very fast when placing the order which was really nice since I didn't want to be there for too long cause of the weather. I purchased some other things up at the front and the cashier that checked me out was extremely pleasant as well but I can't remember her name and the door greater, which I can't remember his name either but he was extremely welcoming. It was a very pleasant visit. I only shop at home depot and will always come back.

I have always had excellent service at this store. No one tried to upsell me or get me to buy something I don't need. They always listen to my specific needs and find the right product, or have even told me not to do something that will waste my money. I go to this store a lot for my older home.
