The people in the store are the friendliest big box do it yourself people in the area. I always love shopping here because they won’t just point you in the right direction. They will take you to it! And when I had difficulty at the cash register with the self check out, Scott jumped right in, and just practically took over! And did it with a smile and a friendly word or two.

Jordan was very friendly and helpful as we scheduled our measurement. The gentleman who did the measurement was quick and thorough. Payton then helped us in store when we were ready to pick out carpet. The selection was great and had exactly what we needed.

This store has always been great. The employees are friendly and offer to help you. We also found people in each department to be very knowledgeable of that area.

When a product we purchase does not work out for us, they are friendly and accommodating and will let us return it. If I look unsure where a product is, they are always there to help me out, assuring me that they are here for me.

I'm a big fan of Husky tools and accessories. They are reasonably priced and haven't let me down yet. Even my Husky lunch box draws attention, and is durable, keeps my drinks cool, and has a lot of handy storage. And Husky looks as cool as Craftsman or Milwaukee

Don't waist your time shopping there no one will help you it's less then 1 star computer made me take 2 star to post it

Carpet measure guy cancelled my appointment because I had to drive home from work to let him in and he didn't feel like waiting even though I was in the scheduled 2 hour window for the appointment. I was 35 minutes from home. Guess I'll have to buy carpet elsewhere.

I went in to Home Depot for a bathtub spout for my son, and before I left the store Keta and Pat made sure I had the right parts.

My wife and I spent many hours working with Astrid on a kitchen remodel at the Waterloo store. She is very patient and creative. We even talked to the store manager who was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them.

had a great selection during their winter sale was put of one product but salsman help me order one and have it shipped to the house so i didnt have to make another trip back

If I need something from a home improvement store, no question where I will shop. Picked out carpeting today, very easy to get going on this project. Another great experience at the Waterloo Home Depot!

My fridge went down the week before Christmas and I comparison shopped with 3 other places and Home Depot couldn't be beat! They really go above and beyond to make sure they give you the best deal possible. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. and I have definitely made Home Depot my "go to" store!

Very unhappy, no hi, no thank you, cashier was very rude and noone even asked if we needed help pushing the carts out we had. The only good was the person that helped us find what we needed

We bought some sink and shower faucets and a Miluakee router. The store manager Jeff was extremely helpful and even price matched the Miluakee tool. Brooke, the cashier, was extremely cheerful and such a pleasure to interact with. Definitely will be going back to the Waterloo, IA store!

From the beginning to the end of going into store to check on cabinet order it was a wonderful experience . Emily in paint took the time to help with paint colors and ideas and was so happy to help to when I checked out Keyara at checkout such a good group of employees in our local store !

I recently had to replace my hot water heater, so I visted this store for some help and guidance. I worked with many people during this process and everyone was great! Gabe, Melissa, Karl the Manager, Chelsea G the customer rep, the other manager Liah and others who i don't have a name for but everyone at the store was very helpful and after switching out a couple hot water heaters from gas to electronic i did get my hot water heater up and running so KUDOS to this store and the staff!

Home Depot changed their Veteran discount verification from a state issued ID to through a 3rd party that requires my uploading my DD214 with all of that information that I am not willing to share with a 3rd party I know nothing about. This especially when the State of Iowa already went through the verification process printing it clearly on their Official State Issued ID. They're fixing something that isn't broken. At the same time female employee SAM was a GREAT help.

I've been a customer here for years. Always a good experience.

Shavuot was very friendly and helpful along with the other man and woman behind the pro desk. I arrived early to get my online order and they hurried to get it all picked for me!
