Clean store and always friendly employees

We went to buy a washer/dryer. It took us about 1 hour to get someone to help us despite 4 intercom announcements! Out of all the employees that we approached, only one guy stuck with getting us the help we needed: someone from the appliances department.

We usually go to a nearby Home Depot, but after shopping at the Watsonville location this past week, we will be driving the extra few miles for any further needs. Store was super clean, and attendants went above and beyond in helping us out with our needs.

I signed up online to activate my military discount. So much easier imputing my mobile number. No more pulling out my military card at the register and showing the associate and the associate scanning their in-house card.

Sean (Shawn?) over the years has been a real asset to Home Depot. He always seems to be training the young employees in a quiet and encouraging way. I always say hello and he says hello back. A real asset to Home Depot's customer satisfaction. Joshua is another longtime employee who always has a nice smile for the customer and offers to help. For this purchase, I zipped into the door department, told him which door I needed for my latest project and he loaded on the door on the cart for me and it was ready when I came back from paint. Thanks Joshua.

I paid for the exchange of a propane tank, then went outside to wait for someone to unlock the cage and give me a new one, and no one ever came. I told the clerk 3-4 times, and still no one showed up. I waited with my toddler for half an hour! Unbelievable! I ended up jet taking my empty tank and left, I’ll have to come back again, for the last time. No one in this store cares about you or your time.

Had the perfect cabinets for our needs

Marianna was a great help in finding a cart for my unplanned purchase of a Christmas tree and then she loaded it in the cart. Thank you Marianna!

Had a bad experience with the employees I didn’t receive the help and I didn’t buy what I was looking for

I bought a cloths washer and I’m happy Home Depot had what I needed so I could get it right away.

I shopped for window blinds and used the install service. the process is long from the time you look at what you want and they come and measure then finally pay and wait for the product to be delivered and hopefully the final install. checking on order status can be confusing. some employees did not know how to answer questions. the wait to get assistance in the store can be long. I miss the greeters at the door that can direct you on where to find items.

Lumber associate Brandon is the only time ever that I have been helped from start to finish at any Home Depot I have ever been to. I usually try to avoid them if I can. But this time I have to be honest about my last visit to the Watsonville Home Depot. Sinceramente; Roberto Carbajal Markovich.

Clean store with courteous employees and all the basics. It does not have all the inventory options for kitchen bath etc, but it is well organized. The commute is easier to get in and out than the Capitola store so you can save a ton of time going to Watsonville if you are anywhere in South Santa Cruz County. Highly recommend. Got 4 stars because it is a smaller store with less inventory.

The Watsonville staff were exceptional in the store and wonderful on the phone. I think more staff would help during the busiest times but the staff by phone were really knowledgeable about the products locations to be sent to the front for pick up. Thank You Watsonville Home Depot Staff.

Great service, friendly employee's, very fast service and too nice and clean store

I am not familiar with the area but just needed a few items while driving through town for a project. Any hardware store would do but I found Home Depot first and I was in a hurry. This is probably not the best store for such a trip because it is so big and overwhelming but I found several helpful staff people and a clean restroom, such a relief! After checking out, I realized that I would have trouble getting the items out of the packaging but the cashier, Marielena, opened it for me! Thanks!

Store managers need more customer services skills. They act like the customers weren't able to understand their company policies and they don't have the patience to explain it in a civilized way.

Good quality

Very clean and organize, team member was friendly and knowledgeable of aisle number of what I was looking for and walked me right over to it.
