I buy from this particular store most of the time. for the most part it is well stocked.... but customers service is not good.... honestly sometimes it is terrible... I understand it is a training and development issue... and with the current labor market it is difficult to recruit... for sure you're NOT taking advantage of addon sells opportunities... "Leadership matters"... find the right leader to lead here..............

Great staff wonderful assistance

Ordered material online Curbside but ended up getting handed my material on one end of the store to push out to curbside area myself LOL. What a lack of customer service! Should of just pulled everything myself.

The bin we purchased was perfect, and the two gentlemen that helped us in that area were wonderful. Unlike the 4 ladies at the customer service area, who were rude and unprofessional.

Appliance department personnel was very helpful and made our purchase easy.

Lack of staff to help you

The store is a wreck and we had to beg for someone to help us in the appliance section. Aisles are so full of merchandise if there is a fire good luck getting out.

Best experience I have had shopping after going to so many stores this day and they made it feel like home

Your young employee need to be trained a bit better and have them also make an effort to help out the client instead of j8st chatting away

A few days n going strong

I put an order for pick one day before and it wasn’t ready for pick the next day.. also it took an hour to get any assistance.

I found what I needed.

The employees are generally doing their best to be helpful. They are frequently not all on the same page about company policies, but that seems to be a problem of too much bureaucracy at the corporate level for each employee to grasp, so you get conflicting answers from different people.

I love the variety of plants and sales

Having to park on curbside just to be required to go inside the store and wait in line to pick up the order. Also I refuse to download the app to have on my phone.

The ASM that close up the stores should do a walk before letting the closers go home. Lumber should be flat stocked, empty holes should be explained, stock should be dropped and left for the opener to fill. Work together. Good luck and I'll see you again.

Ordered front door in November was told four weeks and still have no signs of delivery

Went to buy a dryer had to shop elsewhere for it. all good dryers they have to order they said would take 7 to 14 days. only Dryer in stock was to small and some off brand. Who can wait that long

I went to shop around for a Ryobi Drill combo because of all the good savings, and it’s as if all the workers I ran into were in a bad mood or something. No one wanted to help me, kept referring me to someone in a different department or self checkout, and when I started comparing items on my phone/Home Depot website I found one of the workers following me around like I was stealing or something. I just got my stuff in a hurry and left, but man I doubt I’ll be back

Bad customer service at the Pro Desk. Taking the time to this is a waste of time but customers need to know they will not be treated with respect at this store.

the foil back insulation that was to be in stock but wasn't, I tried to get help but sales people were standing around or away from shoppers a bunch were outside just standing around.

Store lacks employees. No help offered to load up 9ft Christmas tree. Parking lot needs more lighting, stripes repainted on parking lot and needs to be resurfaced!

I bought my Halloween porch decorations at a great price and quality

Needed help with plumbing and associate who came offered no assistance other than to tell me what aisle to look in. Part I showed him was metal and after looking for a few minutes and unable to find it, returned to him asking for further assistance, and finally mentions that the part I'm looking for is not sold in metal form but in plastic only. Thanks for your help.
