Why no VA discount on Appliances?

THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT i NEED !

Sheila is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met. She likes to cut in on conversations and doesn’t let the cashiers to do their jobs. The look on the cashiers faces as if to say leave me alone!!!! Seriously mind your own business!!!

I am working on several home improvement projects and I have been to 3-4 different Home Depot stores. This store is by far my favorite. The store is well stocked and the employees are very helpful and friendly. I am somewhat intimidated by home improvement stores, but the employees go out of their way to answer my questions and to help me find what I need.

Always great service at the Aurora location, but today I was at the Naperville store and they are just as knowledgeable as the Aurora location.

Inventory control should be everyone's job. Unfortunately customers don't feel the responsibility. When I find items in a bin that don't belong to that bin that means someone else may not be able to find the item they need. I don't have the time to fix someone else's mistake, so I simply leave the item outside a bin and hope an employee will find it's home. While building a deck I had several situations where I could not find an inventory item and the employee helping me tried his hardest to find it. Sometimes it was found sometimes not then I had to travel to another store if I needed it immediately. I know how important inventory is, one of my previous lives was a CPA. I am a neighbor, I live a few blocks away. Take care of my store, my inventory, and yes my stock price.

I would like to thank all the wonderful employees at this store for always providing such a good shopping experience. This is such a crazy time right now with the virus and customers do not always behave nicely. This branch is one of my favorites, they have lots of selection and the employees have always been friendly and helpful. One employee stopped what he was doing on the floor to assist me in lawn and garden. Most grateful.. Keep up the good work

I have shopped at this store for many years. I have always been pleased with the help of their associates. From the greeter to the cashiers, always a friendly face and helpful attitude. If one associate couldn't find something they would keep looking or ask another associate while staying with me the whole time. I will shop here again.

Even in the midst of the Covid19 crisis, the store employees were exceptionally helpful and the store was clean and well stocked. John in Lawn and Garden was very helpful to me to find exactly what I needed. Kudos to the store team and the management here.

Employees need to be trained on customer service. Very bad service and employees very rude. Never assistants in loading as guys were outside talking and they were page.

This store is consistently out of products. Many of the products are dirty, dented or in overall poor condition. I have been shopping here for over a year and it has probably gotten worse as time has went on. If there was another home improvement store in the area I would definitely avoid this particular store.

The store was convenient to my home. It was a good experience shopping for new appliances all at one location. The service provided by the sales staff was excellent. I managed to get the brand name and good pricing on all my appliances purchased.

Best Home Depot Pro Desk in the country.

I just want to say Thank you to the West Aurora location. As a contractor we visit many different Home Depots and I know when we are not at the West Aurora location because I leave the other stores so frustrated! Lisa is so welcoming to everyone that walks through the door to make sure we all feel like we matter, she also does a great job getting us checked out quickly. Then Greg will do everything in his power to get what we need for an order or to help me find something, even on his lunch break. Charlie does a wonderful job helping me find all my home misc needs and always has great ideas for my jobs....everyone there just really goes above and beyond and should be a lesson to all other Home Depots on how to treat their customers!! Thank you!!!

I was very pleased with Patricia the cashier she extremely helpful and the store was clean

Had a return and Tricia in customer service was most gracious and Mary in paint helped verify that a tube of caulk was no good. Before leaving I was assured through installation in a store caulk gun that the replacement tube was fine.

Waisted a lot of time picking out a front door and storm door to order. Paid to have someone come out to our home to measure. They never called or came. Went to the store and was told they would call the next morning. They did not. Asked to have the $ reimbursed but after a week it was not. Called the store and asked the mgr to reimburse the fee. He said he would have the associate call me back. 5 minutes later he called my husband. I called back and got stuck in the loop trying to reach the associate, finally got the manager again who then had the associate call me only to be told we need to go in to the store to get our money back. Sad since this store is close and we are remodeling our whole home.
