The store is always clean and neat. Employees eager to help. Sometimes, however, if there early in the am it seems to take a bit of time to find someone to help. Pricing a little high. I wish I could have counter tops done... but a bit pricy.

Always happy with Home Depot employees and products. The store layout and ease of checking,out as well as larger parking spaces for trucks, makes shopping at this store a pleasure. Very happy with the selection of plants and flowers in their Garden section!

I shopped on a Saturday evening, about 7:15, and the store was very quiet customer wise, however, help on the sales floor was impossible to find. Only 2 associates were helpful, the guy working Special Services, and the guy who was collecting carts. Both were super polite and helped me when no one else was around.

Store is extremely well-managed and Lisa, the check-out person in the contractor area is so proficient that it is hard to believe she is not a store manager already. Probably because the present store manager is doing a great job. I am sure the present manager realizes the prize he has in Lisa.

Jeremy assisted me in the outside garden area and spent time to help me find partial sun flowers that I liked, and helped me pick out the best one to purchase. He was so friendly and helpful!!!

The store on Orchard Road in Aurora, Illinois is the one that I count on for all my home projects from fence bolts to entire kitchen remodeling. I can always find exactly what I am looking for and the staff is very helpful in pointing me in the right direction and recommending the right product. I couldn't do without the Home Depot one mile from my home.
