Associate went out of his was to be of assistance.

All I have to say is go see Tamera if you need appliances!!! She is the best and worked her tail off for us. We purchased all new appliances for our kitchen and Tamera made it easy! Best experience I've ever had in a Home Depot.

I shop this location fairly regularly and each time I would have several associates throughout the store inquire if I need any assistance. When I do need help locating something the associates are knowledgeable as to where things are and quick to guide me to what I need!

Store was very helpful in assisting with locks for our home remodel. Ended up purchasing 8 entry locks that were keyed by Joe in the hardware dept. Enjoyed free burger and soft drinks while Joe keyed the locks.

We enjoy visiting the bell rd Home Depot, the associates know exactly what and where to find what we need.

Purchased large item. An associate happened to come around the corner and immediately stopped and asked if he could load it in my cart. When I went to the register, the cashier recognized me and remembered we are retired military. She put in our discount without my asking. She then asked if I would like help out. She immediately found the man working the lot. He stopped was he was doing inside and took my cart. I explained I was parked clear on the other end of the store outside Garden. He had me walk through the store & come out through Garden so I would stay cool. He proceeded to walk through the lot with my cart to meet me on the other end. Now that's Customer Service Store # 459 in Glendale, AZ!! Thanks. The associates in this store always seem to try their best.

I wanted to specifically say the associate's name, but the "rules" say that I cannot do it. The associate in appliances was great to work with for purchasing the washer & drier that I wanted. He made sure that I was buying what I needed and was extremely helpful and friendly. It makes me wish I had more appliances to buy!!!

Took a long time to find what i wanted, could not find anyone to assist, and there were No cashiers!

During my multiple trips to this store I have found the associates to be very easy to find, friendly and helpful.

I have not always been treated this well at this store. There were times when no one was around to help me, or, they seemed disinterested to do so. Bur, this time I was helped right away and was shown where things were and advised as to what product they thought would be best to buy--very unusual--what a wonderful surprise at the end of a very busy tiring day! I needed items from the garden center. Dinah, Cjhris, and Marylin were outstanding in their customer service, kindness, helpfulness, patience and being understanding. Please see to it that these Associates get the recognition they deserve. I am a senior customer, and, am usually ignored and treated like I have the plague. This was such a unique, happy experience that I will remember for a long time. Congratulations, and thank you.

Phillis from Paint is always very helpful and knowledgeable when we come into the store. All the other associates are very nice as well.

I had a return, and get what I really need, in and out in 10 minutes. Fast and smooth.

I shop this store often enough I knew there I would find the items I was looking for. I was in and out 20 minutes.

Penny Howard was the associate that helped my wife and I during our visit. She was very helpful, friendly, and energetic.

I needed to have new flooring installed in my house and there were some time constraints. They were met, the flooring seems to be installed well and I like it. The experience while difficult due to circumstances, went well and I am pleased.

We went to the store to get a new set of locks for our security door. A store associate helped us find the right isle and got a fellow associate who worked on doors and locks to assist us in selection and rekeying the lock to our key, as well as make additional keys. Normally I am used to having to wait a while for an associate to come and wait for the whole process. Chris was right there and readily available, he helped us pick out the perfect grade quality lock with the brand we wanted and helped rekey the locks and make us new keys in a matter of a few minutes. It was a very pleasant, and without Chris it would have been a tedious experience, He was super friendly and courteous. The cashier was equally friendly and courteous and the store was nicely organized.

Had excellent help in ordering a high efficiency dryer at a good price.. A few months ago, I got the carpet I wanted when it was no longer being carried in the store with no interest if paid in full in 24 months. The Home Depot Installers were were also great. They did a beautiful job !

The customer service associates and the store associates were very helpful and knowledgeable.

the cashier that helped me(Shamiran) was the most pleasant, friendly, helpful and entertaining employee that I have ever had the the pleasure to assist me at any Home Depot I have ever been to, I would encourage all the other employees take lessons from her

I highly recommend if your looking to upgrade your counter tops this is the place you need to go! The salesperson took her time showed us different material we can use to make our kitchen look beautiful! Thank you Home Depot!
