I ordered an AMERICAN STANDARD Cadet Pressure-Assisted 2-piece 1.1 GPF Single Flush Elongated Toilet in White, Seat Not Included from Home Depot on July 19, 2025 and picked it up from the store on July 25, 2025. I installed the bottom half of the toilet and when i opened the box for the top half I noticed it has a crack through the entire tank. I called Home Depot and they directed me to contact American Standard. Today is Sunday July 27, 2025 and American Standard Customer service is closed. This was an expensive purchase for me and now I am unable to use my bathroom.

Don't ask for help finding any product because they always seem overwhelmed and to busy for the customer with a basic question!!

I have always found the staff at this store very, very helpful!

On a previous visit an employee at the help counter helped me get enrolled for my military veterans discount. For some reason a previous cell phone number was in the system. At checkout an employee helped me get my discount and advised me how to change my phone number in the Home Depot app. We would have changed it at the checkout, but the cell signal was poor. She was very courteous and thanked me for my military service during the Vietnam cluster.

Every one that I have come into contact with at the West Branch Home Depot has been extremely helpful and very friendly.

Unloaded my lumber and forgot the long handle I bought called store 20 min later! Really didn’t want to help or go look just toad me no one brought anything thing in!Asked if they could please go look after I got upset was told it’s gone! totally upset they could at least worked with me to get me a handle. It’s ridiculous that it’s come up missing like that. It’s not my fault that someone stole it out of your parking lot and then I just lose the price of the handle and can’t get one replaced. It’s ridiculous

Although this is the only Big box store here in West Branch, I really enjoy shopping here because the people are nice and the store usually has most everything needed. It's not a perfect store but it sure is better than some I visited outside the area.

As always, my shopping was an excellent, productive experience!

The employees are friendly and helpful. Pricing could be more more visible. I WILL NOT ORDER ONLINE RETURNS OF DAMAGED PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE. GROUPHUB IS TERRIBLE

made buying material to remodel porch turned out to be unbelievable easy with the help of the lady behind the desk. I looked at the railing first and thought how do i know what to get and how much. went to front desk asked for help after i gave her the measurements she gave a list with price for everything I needed , unbelievable. then the next day she called me to check if i got everything or had any problems. What service thank you home depot i know where i will shop in the future

Out of all the Home Depot’s we have shopped at, the West Branch Store hands down has the best, most helpful employees on whatever project you are doing.
