Excellent store, employees and customer service. Clean and clearly marked aisles.

I like to see and handle many items I am interested in purchasing. Power tools are items I want to handle and get a feel for. The West Branch Home Depot has great displays of the hand held power tools the offer. Sometimes they have displays where one can use a drill & drive in screws to see its capabilities.

Excellent staff, good stock, clean, everything you want in a store

Employees are always friendly. Especially Kyle and Rose.

We will not be shopping at Home Depot #2782 Cashier Nicole was the worst we have ever seen. Very unfriendly and rude

Ordered flooring (carpet measurements taken) we were able to go into the store and thanks to Kathy we were able to pick a different more affordable flooring. She was awesome, kind and went above and beyond outside of what she was already working on to assist our needs!

1 employee did help us and tried to help us to decide what we needed. His name was Dee very helpful

I have spent a year and a 1/2 building a home. I have spend about $100,000k with Home Depot in the past 8 years or so. Why didn't I purchase everything from the local store? I have experience with the building desk, the appliance center, general area of store, the cabinets and counter tops. I'd like to make you aware of those experiences and if not threatened with the truth could assist you in "tightening up" or truly fixing many of these areas.

You need anything go see Kelli or joe they know what they are doing and treat you like you should be treated. Will be back and if i have a question will look them up.Thank you keep up the great work

In a day when everyone seems to think prices are to high I am still finding good deals at Home Depot. All the staff seems to be very courteous and frendly. I was looking for and item and just the look on my face prompted a gal to come up to me and ask if she could help. That is people being aware and caring for the customer. Thank you Home Depot.

At least 7 people waiting to check out and only one cashier, I had to wait in line to cash out myself. If I'm doing a Home Depot employees job I at least want a discount.

I purchased a few things for my bathroom remodel online. I needed to return some things, I just changed my mind. It was so easy to return, the clerk walked me through how to find my order number and was able to return the product and credit my card back.

This store has the nicest people my wife and I love shopping here everyone is so helpful

Overall customer service is lacking. Also, I don't always want to use a bank card to make my purchases and unless I'm checking out via the garden center when open, it's rare to find an opportunity to use cash in this store.

Nice employees good at their job and they don't complain about having to do it. I will be back for my lumber needs

West Branch Home Depot store is clean with friendly employees. Always find something I wasn't even looking for!

I wanted to purchase a large number of hinges. My home depot app showed they had them in stock. I went to the store and they didn't have the large bundle bag. I was able to buy the double packs for the same price as a bundle. Thank you customer service.

I frequently shop this store and the people are always great to work with.
