I actually bought stain there to complete the ceiling on my front porch. We have many slats of wainscot set up in our driveway ready to be stained to match the ones we have done. Unfortunately we ran out mid way. Now we can complete the project.

Store clerks were willing and helpful and seems to have knowledge of what I was seeking help on. Also products were easy to locate.

While in this particular store, six different people asked me if I was ok and finding everything I need or if I needed assistance. It was an excellent experience. I shop in other stores where staff is well hidden, scarce and in no way available to assist me. A very professional team at this location!!! Thank you.

MY HUBBY AND I RECENTLY INSTALLED A RECYCLED HARDWOOD FLOOR IN ONE OF OUR BEDROOMS. WE RENTED A FLOOR NAILER TO INSTALL THE HARDWOOD FLOOR AND IT WORKED GREAT. I WAS AFRAID TO USE A SANDER FOR THE FLOOR BECAUSE WE'D HEARD OF THE GOUGES THEY CAN CAUSE BUT ONE OF THE RENTAL ASSOCIATES SUGGESTED THAT THEY HAVE TWO MODELS THAT CAN BE USED ACROSS THE GRAIN AND DO NOT GOUGE. HE HAD MY ATTENTION. HE TALKED WITH MY HUBBY ON THE PHONE TO ANSWER HIS QUESTIONS AND HELPED ME SELECT THE CORRECT SANDING DISKS FOR THE SANDING MACHINE. IT WORKED PERFECTLY. AN ASSOCIATE IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT HELPED ME SELECT THE RIGHT TOOLS NEEDED FOR APPLYING STAIN AND POLY PROTECTION FOR THE FLOOR. THE FLOOR IS BEAUTIFUL! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT AND MY SWEET HUBBY FOR MAKING IT LOOK SO GOOD!

I received excellent customer service from a girl named Kelly - she went out of her way to get the item that we were looking for and spent considerable time explaining the differences between mowers, etc.

I'm a very busy General Contractor but I know I can count on Craig - Pro Sales Manager, and Melinda, Megan and Gary in Contractor Sales at the Home Depot on West Broad St in Columbus to help me find what I need quickly. They work together so well it makes the whole experience a good one.

In one store where I purchased insulation, the machine did not work, they sent me to the store on west side of town 30 minutes from my home and that machine did not work, I had to go to LOWES purchase more insulation there, so that I could use their insulation machine.

Was able to find all items easily and was impressed with a great shopping experience on this visit!

After having issues with a product previously purchased from Home Depot, we had to dance around with the manufacturer, as well as the repair facility, but finally the people at Home Depot went the extra mile to make things right. It shows me that they are interested in earning my business... Good job Home Depot, and the dedicated team of employees.

It took a minute to get the help I needed but once Tak was there, he took complete ownership of what I needed. He was a true professional.

I like coming to this store. At times, I like to brush through different aisles just to see what's out there and to educate myself about home keeping. Today was more of a get in, get out type of situation. I visited the store twice and each time was just as easy and hassle-free. The bulbs I needed were easy to find, prices are reasonable. I replaced a light fixture in my kitchen and finding the right one was easy. The products are within reach and easy to locate. Over all the store associates that we encountered were friendly and courteous. Though we didn't need help, they offered to with a smile. The store is well lit and organized. I couldn't have asked for a better shopping day.

Home Depot delivers overall. Can't say they always do so, but very appreciative there is one near my home. Love to wander around the store when I have time and can usually find something to solve my problem or meet my need. Good stuff.

There was an excellent cost of only $2.00 per bag of mulch today, the day before the 4th of July. There were actually two clerks in the cash register section of the outside/garden section. The place was packed with people, but the clerks were excellent in getting people checked out and there was a very nice young man helping people to load large items.

I didn't find the product I wanted at the price I was hoping. But, I found exactly what I needed for just $5 more. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied.

I go to home depot at least 3 times a week always find associates helpful and polite.

Store was very clean but didn't have the items I was looking for in stock, even though I looked online before hand.

I purchased an item online, and it was ready when promised. Unfortunately, it turned out I ordered the wrong item, and had to return it. The return was almost effortless. The staff were courteous and efficient. I am happy with this purchase from both ends and will continue to do business at this store whenever possible!

Associates do not hesitate to help you and if they carry a product have found someone that might still have it . That is the way business use to be in the 60's & 70's I like seeing that again

Just want to give a shout-out to Tabitha, Diana, and Parker from the paint counter. They were so helpful and friendly on my last visit. I have very limited knowledge about house painting, buying paint, and all things included. They have been very patient and kind with me each time I come with questions. I will be going there for all my painting needs.

Was pleased at the customer service desk from two of your employees. Their names were Jean and Della. They were very helpful and courteous. Made the shopping experience a delight.

Looked on line and learned that West Broad St store was closed to my home and had a rain barrel in stock. Arrived at the store after 9:00 pm and walked to garden section but found the entrance to the outside marked closed. I walked past the sign and found the rain barrels in stock. Carried one to the cashier and found that it did not have a upc code so went back and brought another forward for check out. This morning after unpacking the barrel I found it was missing the plug and spigot parts. Returned to the store and an associate took parts from the barrel that was missing the UPC code. I also bought parts to install an overflow and during check out the clerk asked me to show him the barrel the parts were taken from. He wrote a code on a scrap of paper and took the barrel to the service desk.

I wanted to purchase a grill in the box that it was delivered to the store in. Even though the computer showed 6 units in the store, the sales associate could not find a boxed unit. He did show me the floor model and offered to sell it to me at a discounted rate. All of the associates were very helpful, and even though the transaction took much longer than I thought it would, I was very happy with the results.
