WORST costumer service experience at the “customer service” department by Abranna (cashier) and Bobby (manager). The lack of customer service and/or empathy was unbelievable. I understand we all have bad days but I would encourage Home Depot have their associates take some training on customer service etiquette. It’s unfortunate that Bobby was too busy to talk to me after I requested to speak to the manager several times. I tried to reach out online via “Home Depot/survey” but the characters allowed to type in my experience were limited. I requested a response from the store manager but still have not herd back from anyone.

NO problems they were very helpful and knowledgeable

Good folks who will humble you enough to leave a review. I usually forego this type of thing, however the fine staff of this location inspire this review. Place was clean, and I sometimes just stroll through here when I do not have much to do. It is a pleasure as always visiting. Thank you West Covina Staff!

You need more employees like Mrs. Judy Hall and Cleo Green, very well customer service oriented..

This store has been great and every time I go I don’t get disappointed cause even if I am the workers tr will left u up and u walk away with a better attitude then u had when u walked in.

When you are getting ready to pay they have Singhs on all the registers stating start here, but when your ready to pay ,They send you to another the line in middle of the main island. and if you have a big lumber cart good luck trying to make your way to the line of the registers.

Lauren at the Pro Desk, was so dedicated to helping me I was very pleased. The experience was beyond refreshing, I walked out of the store smiling.

Not all associates were willing to assist in locating an item. I finally spotted the item I went to purchase in a bin above the display and had to wait for a different associate to assist me, while the other associate was standing there chatting with a friend.

The employees are very friendly! Michael M in the plumbing department is very helpful and knowledgeable. Ashley C cashier is very friendly and has a great attitude! I recommend this store!

THIS PARTICULAR HOME DEPOT LOCATION HAS EXEMPLARY ASSOCIATES. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. THE STAFF IN THE KITCHEN SECTION WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US WITH OUR KITCHEN LAYOUT, ORDER THE CABINETS AND MADE SURE THAT WE WERE CONTENT WITH OUR PURCHASE. This store is the best i have visited, it is clean, confortable in space between racks, personal is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assit.

store manager wouldn’t see me in person about an out of stock item and conveyed his message through an employee to tell me. My need was not of any concern to the manager. So I left.

Went to 3 other stores to find the item I wanted. Everybody else was sold out. Found it here, no problem! Short line. Friendly and helpful emplyees.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Jack in the paint department. He was extremely customer service oriented, friendly, and so knowledgeable. He found my paint color, one that I had previously purchased so many years ago! He mixed it and suggested the proper finish for my walls. I was very pleased with his work ethic.
