Returned Water heater sold as new.. electrical coils rusted, leaks from thermostat cavity chamber. A one month old water heater!!

We visited Home Depot on November 28, 2021 to purchase a grill. While most of the retailers were either limited in inventory or were simply not offering grills at this time, Home Depot had a great selection and were very accommodating. The employees were courteous and knowledgeable. They were attentive to our needs. They did not try to upsell us to more expensive models, which we truly appreciate, and they knew how to answer all questions about the features on this grill. When we brought the grill home, which was a gift, it was missing two pieces. We called customer service the very next morning just before 9 AM. The customer service professional, Melissa was very accommodating, courteous and super friendly. She took care of our needs right over the phone and made sure we were satisfied before hanging up. I will definitely recommend this Home Depot to anyone who needs the products and services that Home Depot provides. A special thanks to Melissa from customer service, and to Ellys who was our cashier at check out. We are beyond impressed with your level of service and professionalism.

Horrible customer service

I just wanted to comment on the delivery man, Greg. He was very friendly and was willing to put the grill exactly where I wanted it. There was no pulling up teeth – – as soon as he got there, he offered to put it wherever I wanted it. Not all delivery people are as friendly or as helpful as Greg was!!

Home Depot in general, and this store in particular have made great strides in customer service. No more chasing down an employee, they stop and ask if you need help even if you are not in their department. Well done corporate and thank you to local employees!

THIS STORE IS AT A VERY CONVENIENT SO THIS IS WHERE I SHOP FOR MY HARDWARE AND APPLIANCE AND FOLIAGE. STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I ENJOY SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION.

I was able to find the exact bulbs that I needed with the help of a really knowledgeable employee.

William Sasko greeted us and was so attentive. He showed us the appliances we wanted and explained the difference between those and other choices. We would definitely recommend other shoppers to ask for William.

I waited for 22 minutes to get one quart of paint! I was 4th in line and we were served by a very slow employee who never greeted me and never apologized for my wait. His very actions suggested that he didn’t really give a hoot for me as a customer. He was just collecting a pay check and he couldn’t care less for representing the Home Depot Service to your customers.

No one was available for a question as to location of item. I found the item myself after several aisle trips.

Horrible new checkout system.

Inventory shortfall at this store required me to drive to second store to complete order of prducts purchased on line. If I had the time, I would have complained to store manager.

Recently we needed window treatments for 3 rooms in our home. We went to Home Depot and was pleased with the selection they had. The associate, Bob, in the flooring/window department was fantastic. He was very patient with us and super helpful aiding us in making our purchase. He was so knowledgeable and we are so thankful for his help.

6/18/25 I purchased a GE washing machine. I had no pre-existing Credit Card as it was closed in 2024. After many attempts by Customer Service verifying that I had no active card on file, I was penalized the $50 discount for making a NEW CC application because the Home Depot computer system would not correct the "glitch" and clear the closed out account. This was a negative experience. In future I will take my business to several other competitive store

I was looking for a garage ready chest freezer. It said that there was 3 in stock. I went to the appliance department multiple times with them saying they "didn't " think there was any and pointed me in the wrong direction. I went to Customer Service Department to find out why online stock showed there was 3. They sent me to appliance department again. Eventually, the customer service manager and staff took the time to look it up. It showed that the online stock was correct. The Customer Service got another staff member to help me find it. Apparently it was in an "overstock" area. Appliance department ( 2 different staff members) couldn't be bothered to help me and never looked it up.

This Home Depot store has the best staff in the USA 🇺🇸

I love the Home Depot. All the locations are great and this one is no different. Helpful people who will load your car. One person volunteered to just install my garage clicker’s new battery for me, even though I didn’t ask him to do so. Helpful people and a very helpful store - as always. Love this place ❤️
