I always have a good shopping experience at this branch of Home Depot. The staff and friendly and knowledgeable, helpful in the selection of product. As a recent homeowner, I have saved time and trouble going to the store first for my handyman needs.

I bought an electrical fixture from the store. The glass was chipped and a few small parts were missing. I called the 800 number and they gave me an SKU no to bring to store to get replacement part. They stated I did not purchase it at their store and must have gotten it on line, despite having receipt from their store. The manager left a replacement light for me and the new box had broken glass and did not have the pieces I needed. Another fixtue he left for me, also had a broken fixture. Do they take returns and not check the boxes before reselling them?

If you are self-sufficient in a hardware store and do not need assistance, then this is a good place. If you need any kind of help, try another store. The one in Boynton Beach on Congress and Lantana is a good store. Very friendly.

If u need help at the Delray Beach store, have Wayne Miller assist u. He is GREAT!!!!!!!!! He's in the garden center.

Great shopping experience. We went to several stores to get information about major appliances for our newly renovated kitchen and laundry. Harry Feuerstein, was the only person who was able to give us the major features and advantages of all the appliances we needed, and was critical in our selection of the appliances.

Good cool air conditioning.. It's hot here and appreciate the break.. Nice people and selection of products

This store is always very helpful. If you are a Veteran they will give you a discount without haste. Always great when our Veterans our honored in any way. I shop mostly for work. Given the opportunity I always shop at Home Depot, this store in particular. This store is always very helpful and very easy to navigate. Thank you so much, makes my job that much easier.

When I was at Home Depot garden center on 3/18/17 I meet one of your employees who was so helpful I feel he should be recognized.. I'm not sure but I think his name was John.. He told me he was from California and explained the difference in soils. He was an older man and wore a hat to shade him frm the sun. He helped me pick out exactly what I wanted and need. I certainly appreciated the time he spent with me. hopefuly he'll be there the next time I need plants

THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN, THE ASSOCIATES ARE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL, ESPECIALLY WAYNE IN GARDEN DEPARTMENT HIS AWESOME, GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, THE STORE MANAGER FRANCIS, FRANCOIS IN LUMBER, VLAD IN GARDEN AS WELL, ERIC IN FLOORING, AND SCOTT, IN ELECTRICAL. ALL THE STAFF ARE GREAT BUT THE ABOVE EMPLOYEES HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND.
