I was looking for some type of cap to cap off my water line that kept leaking. I was searching in the bolts area for a cap, and Don from tools came over to assist me. He took me to the plumbing area where he found exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and an awesome associate. Normally it is hard to get assistance, but he stepped up to help.

Fast, friendly service. I came in on a Sunday afternoon, got my items and was out in no time.

Needed help in Lawn and Garden for a hard to find wheel barrow part, an associate name Jim provided customer service WAY above what I have gotten at any other hardware store. I will certainly shop this store again!!!

overall the store is clean and easy to find items. sometimes the items are not in the area where it should be but I understand that there are several customers that misplace the products.

Everything was very clean and organized. It was very easy to find the items I needed. I found everything I needed quickly and was out of the store within 10 minutes. Overall a great experience!

The speed of finding things was great. The associate (female) was very helpful in the plumbing section for under-sink items. she recommended a sealant rather than joint compound which on our sink had failed producing a leak. The cashier was quick. The only problem was that some of the customers paying for items were backlogging the cash registers because it took them too long to produce a valid credit card or did not know how to properly use the newer cards.

It was a good experience, I found everything I was looking for and, the associate was very helphful and patient as we took very long to decide our purchases.

I prefer Home Depot to other home improvement stores, in that the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. and they generally have the materials I need.

I go to Home Depot for my pool supplies because they are easy to find and always in stock when I need them.

I used to be a Lowes customer, but customer service there was disgusting. They treat you like your an ignorant person and believe only general contractors belong in the store. Decided to travel a little further to Home Depot just to avoid the service at the other store. I couldn't be any more happier with my decision on doing so. From now on, any home improvement task that I need to take on here at home, I'll be sure to buy my stuff at this store!

Everything I needed and was interested in I found at the Home Depot; plenty of product availability and cheerful and helpful associates willing to help.

We waited for a long time at the paints department and the associate wasnt available i walked to find a associate and asked for assistence twice and when the associate for the paints dept got there she was in a bad mood

I have shopped Home Depot my entire life and the one thing that every Home Depot seems to have trouble on is the availability of finding an associate without walking half way through the store searching for one.

my experience at Home Depot was made easier when I looked up items on the website & picked up items at the store because sometimes I don't have time to go looking for them at the store when items are used & need to be replenished. right away. I can get my military discount as well.

I got great help...yes, they had people working there that will help you find stuff. One of them named Jamie helped me find some really odd, seldom purchased items. A really great change from they way I typically get treated at "other chain hardware stores" in my area on the west side of El Paso.

The Home Depot store at N. Mesa & Remcon is always a great way to spend time. My family and I love to visit the different departments and plan our next project. We usually go in with an idea of what we want and then see other things that we like and end up buying them. Over the years I have bought washer/dryer, had windows installed in both my own home and my daughters. Bought window air conditioners, tiles for both home and garden. I also purchase gift cards for various friends and relatives who enjoy do it yourself projects. The staff are always helpful and go the extra mile, I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is interested in do it yourself projects.
